Stay away from this company I had a collision and I took my vehicule to them on State Farm recommendation, they get check from State Farm and buy replacement parts , week after State Farm decided filled total lost and ask me to go and get my part back coz the ain’t gonna pay for it twice. I went there and the just give some parts and keep others and told me the send it back and State Farm get refund but it wasn’t TRUTH they lied to me, I call State Farm and find out that they give different version to them, finally the decided to issue check for the missing remaining parts , it been more than 3 months now I use to call , emails the agent who is taking care of my claim and I never get my check. I heard a lot of worst experience from my friends who used to deal with caliber collision before , now am victim and I can confirm they’re right , I will never and ever deal with caliber collion or recommend any of my friends or relatives . Am waiting for my check and you must send it to State Farm ASAP coz am already out of patience .

My insurance company worked directly with Caliber and had a rental ready for me, when I dropped off my vehicle to be repaired after being hit the same day I purchased a new vehicle! Brandon, my adviser was friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service with prompt, frequent updates on the process and my vehicle. Caliber had my vehicle back to brand new 2 days earlier than the estimated time frame. Would definitely recommend Caliber Collision!

Great experience with Caliber! Someone backed into my car & this was the shop their insurance GEICO chose. Couldn’t have been happier with the level of communication from the lady at the front desk to Brandon who kept me updated every step of the process. Will definitely take my car back here!
