AWESOME EXPERIENCE! The ladies are fabulous oh so very fun. I think I loved the good conversation and overall experience more than the items I bought. I did get some beautiful items. Belinda was the BEST! She went out of her way to help and make sure we could find what I was looking for and if there was something I couldn’t find in the store she took time to look online and call another store. I could tell she loves what she does and really cares. Both ladies were very friendly and helpful and made me feel special. They were also very knowledgeable I can’t recommend them enough. If you are ever at the store ask for Belinda she is an GEM. Somebody needs to give her a raise lol her customer service was TOP NOTCH. I also noticed she was very patient and kind to the other lady who was in training and new, sometimes I have been in stores where a training staff member is not being treated well, I couldn’t help but notice this. I was able to find items I needed in jewel tones for my chocolate skin I love that no matter what shade you are you can always find something tasteful and that looks good on you in Anne Taylor.

Sara was the best person I've ever interacted with at a mall. I swear I am becoming a fan of this store just because of her. Please come in and experience a level of customer service unseen.

I have been followed around this store multiple times while shopping for suits. The most recent and egregious instance involved a manager going as far as waiting immediately outside of my dressing room and asking to know why I needed a suit. I was a month in to a new job as an attorney, and I was excited to shop for suits to wear to court at the time. There were multiple other women in the store, all of whom were of course white, who she ignored while she followed me around the entire time I shopped. She was the only one working at the time so it’s not like somebody else was helping these other women. She was clearly profiling. I contacted the company to tell them what happened, and there was not resolution. I will never go back.

My mom and I had a lovely experience shopping on a Monday around 1 pm. The only complaint would be that my mom clearly has a walker and clearly needs all the assistance but they put us in the normal size dressing room. If you could just do a bit of disability education that would be lovely. :)
