Was able to walk in and be greeted by staff! I don’t remember who helped me but she was so sweet and helped me understand how best to help my hair! I’m coming back after trying my free sample to pick out my shampoo and conditioner! Good customer service and place was clean and organized!!

Wonderful store, the Associate , who was assisting us, was very knowledgeable, informative, nice and helpful. I didn’t ask the name of the Associate , but she stated that she is with Aveda for 20 years.

My friend Frida and I had a really wonderful experience at Aveda at the MOA and we owe it all to Amy who answered all and any questions we had. Amy also introduced us to Aveda’s new hair product line and we are excited to go back and get the whole thing. She did scalp and hair check and gave us great advice. Our hair was in the right hands! :) thanks Amy!

I walked into the Aveda store at the Mall of America and immediately felt a sense of ease and calmness. I met with Mary who helped me find some curly products for my hair type and texture. She was so fun and knowledgeable, and I love when you can for a connection through hair care! I think the customer service from the whole team was outstanding and I highly recommend if you are around the mall to check them out :)

Dusty & Justice made us feel so welcomed. Their knowledge and experience was most helpful, both listened to our hair issues and served tea with most respect to us.
