Bank assured me a check of $2,700 was processed and cleared for my use and proceeded to lose that exact amount after I had spent enough money to take me below this amount. They (I believe Cody) said they would call me back in about 45 minutes (after i had to call back after an hour because he had taken a lunch break) to notify me what happened and what resolution would come from it.Over 2 hours later I called only to find out they closed at 4pm (most banks are open until 5pm). Now my bank account is overdrawn and I have to wait until tomorrow to figure out why they couldn't call me back after they confirmed my phone number beforehand.They lost $2,700 they assured me was in my account, and never contacted me unless I contacted them. I'm extremely upset and hope they are ready for an earful from me when I stop by to figure out why they lost my money and decided they didn't have to call me back to update me.

This branch has been the most helpful. Ryan specifically. I’ve been struggling with bank of the west and getting my debit card but they’ve been working with me and doing their best to get it figured out for me through the whole process.

The bankers are very friendly but not that helpful. For example, I had an in person appointment to sign some legal documents. When I arrived for the appointment last week the bank was "temporarily" closed. No one at that branch has since returned my phone calls or answered my emails about when I can sign the documents. I have attempted to make appointments at other nearby branches on the Bank of the West website but none of them have any appointments in the next three weeks. Thus, despite the recommendation of Protect Our Winters to do business with this bank because of their environmentally friendly business practices, the "pain" appears to outweigh the "gain".

I deposited my Walmart Distribution Center pay check. They now say it is going to take over 7 days for me to get my money. Any other bank it would take 2 days. Bank of America is a scam. So they are holding my money for about five days for no reason.

Bank of west is horrible. They give wrong information, lock you out of your own bank account and then tell you that your own personal information is wrong. Like I don't know my height or adrees

I have had nothing but problems with this bank since opening my account in November of 2017. I decided to stick it out to see if it would get better but today has proved me wrong. I know I'm only a small fish in their pond but my business means something to me. All business should be equally as important to them but unfortunately that is not the case.My first issue was when my account was fraudulently breached. I had to pay for a mistake (a very costly one) I did not make. Now moving forward to present I have deposited money to cover unexpected or forgotten transactions but BOTW still rejects the transactions and charges me $35.00 every time for every transaction. Even though I've deposited the cash they say it's not there and tell me to deposit more. It's funny that I can see the deposit on my mobile account and online but they say it's not there. So again I'm charged $35.00. It's ridiculous. It's even more ridiculous getting customer service to treat a customer with dignity and respect. Instead they choose to try and make me feel as if I've done something wrong and I have not. I would not recommend this bank to anyone and if you are already banking there I would suggest looking into other options.

A little difficult to find it for the first time but it is on the second floor with elevator through the lobby area. Very nice customer service.

We recently did business with BOTW for the first time. They had the best rates for us regarding a RV purchase. Kudos to Logan and Jarod at the Bloomington branch - outstanding customer service; we bought the RV in another state and they handled everything for us, clear communication, efficient. Great service.
