This place was my usual place for years and I spend a lot usually but this shopping experience this time was awful! I had to post this since someone needs to say something. I spent close to an hour in the store to grab some new products but no one greeted me and the manager on duty (short blonde hair) avoided me the ENTIRE time even though I walked near her at least several times to hear about the promos but she kept avoiding, walking away despite making eye contact with me. Its a smaller store so yeah there were many chances to greet me and share the promo deals. She shared the promotion deals with others except me, I felt discrimminated against and also noticed customers of Asian background who entered the store she too avoided them when I observed. I am Asian btw and I am apalled this is coming from the manager.
This manager needs to do better, rather spend my $$$ elsewhere. Its sad since my previous experiences have been very well at this store.

helpful associate! my friend and i were being followed by a man in the mall so we ran in to bath and body works to get help. austin was quick to help us and called security immediately. during our wait for security, austin assured us to hangout in the store (away from the creepy man) and checked up on us from time to time. thank you so much!

I was trying to check out for 10 minutes there were 3 employees in the store one was helping another customer and the manager a young girl with brown hair was asked multiple times to help me check out because no one was at the register but instead she sat there a was just standing at the front I have no clue where the other employee was but I went to both checkouts and eventually just left it was very disappointing and sad

Compared to the Bath and Body near me, this one was very nice. It didn't have an overpowering perfume aroma when I walked in which is appreciated, because all of those smells at once really irritates my sinuses. The ladies that were working when I stopped by were super helpful and very friendly

What terrible customer service. Actually we didn't get any. Past three associates was never greeted once. When we went to the cash register, the cashier walked away without even saying word I looked at us. Very very disappointed

A typical bath and body works store, small but stuffed with all kinds of body washes, perfumes, and smell goods of all kinds. Experience the sensation of being hit with a hundred scents all at once. Prices were reasonable and staff processed checkout quickly.

Go in and let your nose do the walking! They seem to always have a sale! My go to here are the candles and hand soaps. They have a great variety of things that smell amazing and the service is always on point.
