The customer service is absolutely a joke. I ordered beef jerky as a gift for someone’s birthday and I paid an expensive shipping so it can get here on time. The package was supposed to arrive today but it never did. I no longer need it because it was a birthday gift. I called the store, the assistant manager that answered the phone her name is Jordie was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I don’t even understand how such people get hired for management positions. No customer service skills whatsoever!!!! All she was saying “ don’t know what to say to ya! Nothing I can do!”. Ummm ok???? So I paid for something I never received and FOR A SHIPPING THATS EXPEDITED AND IT NEVER EVEN CAME ON TIME? And she’s saying they can’t even reimburse me?!!! Not even for shipping??? She was VERY VERY RUDE and made me cry!!! I am still crying right now because I don’t know how such people can work in customer service. I asked to speak to someone higher than her and she refused. Is that even legal???? Basically stole my money for expensive shipping and the package didn’t even get delivered as promised. I will be filing fraud with my bank. Please someone take an action. I see other people were complaining about a rude woman working there in reviews. I wonder if it’s about the same person!

My family and I were shopping for some jerky. The guy was extremely nice and helpful. However, the lady with glasses working on 6/16/24 at about 2:00pm was absolutely awful. She is the rudest person I have ever met. We were in the middle of purchasing almost $100 on bags of jerky (and I was actually contemplating on buying more) while the rudest employee in America literally yelled at my family to get out of the store to make room for more customers. She also yelled at my mother after she bought stuff and told her to get out of the store. I teach my children how to speak to people and tell them how important it is to be kind to others, and that there is always a way to say things nicely and tone of voice matters. Funny how this 40+ yr old still doesn't understand this concept, especially working in customer service. We will never ever be back. Which is also disappointing since the product is very good. It's a shame how one bad person can just completely ruin everything.

If I could give zero stars I would. We went in as our last stop at Mall of America. We bought 70 dollars of jerky. As my mother was paying the worker woman started yelling at my children and I (who were just standing quietly waiting for my mom to pay) "We need to get out of her store and make room for her new customers!" My mother told her she was being extremely rude so she told my mom she needs to leave too. All as we were giving them business. We come every year, until next year. We will never shop there again. Worst experience I've ever had in a store. Awful, just awful.

If you like jerky, exotic meats and wild flavors, they have it all. The samples were a nice surprise and helped us decide what to get. Lots off goodies, venison, boar, kangaroo, and something we haven't tried, python. Looking forward to trying that one. Even got a cool over the back, reusable nylon bag to carry our goods. Give them a try.

I stopped in with my son and his friend on 01/02/2024. The first thing the employee said to me was that we could only have 3 samples. I said that that last time we were there we spent nearly $500.00 and really enjoyed the samples. He didn't care. I thanked him and left. The owner reached out and has said that he has spoken to staff about this.

Anyone who has a jerky lover on your list this could be their heaven on earth.My husband is a jerky nut. He has tried several different types from our travels, and even he was a little taken back from all the different varieties.They offer samples of anything you wanted to try. The sales person was very knowledgeable and offered a few suggestions.

Loads of flavor options as well as unique animal jerky (ostrich, alligator, tirtle, wild boar, kangaroo, etc).It's wonderful to be able to sample so many prior to purchase. The only problem is they all taste good so it's hard to narrow it down to just a few to buy!!Very kind and helpful staff!Will definitely be back!Highly recommend for yourself or any meat lover you know!!!

Had a large selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. I bought 3 different flavors as a gift. I received a free bag at check out. And the person I gave it to lived it so much they have already visited the website to see about ordering more. He is a picky person when it comes to jerky and he only had positive things to say about all 4 flavours.

Walked in store, not a single customer there. Not addressed at all by store clerk even though he was not busy. Was actually interested in many items as i have lots of clients who love jerky and i often leave them at my stops. If you cant “give” a simple greeting and acknowledgment im not “giving” you a dime of my money.

Such a fun place to shop. I was at MOA with my 11 year old grandson; we saw the store name on the directory and had to check it out. There was a sale, 5 jerkys/beef sticks for $12. Grandson had fun picking out things to try.
