Mitch Irwin is THE mortgage loan officer you want to work with. He turned a highly confusing process (what seemed like a foreign language to my fiancée and I) into something that we could clearly understand. At the beginning of the process, we spent time going over different analysis / scenarios given the current rate situation and ultimately I made a choice that fits my needs….no pressure at all, it felt like talking to a friend. Mitch and his team were very punctual and reliable. They responded to our emails within minutes at all hours of the day and night. He even continued to respond promptly and answer questions after our sale was complete.Bell Bank's interest rate was competitive and they offered price matching. Mitch helped present financing scenarios and strategies that addressed our unique needs, and I didn't feel that he was trying to "sell" me anything. Five stars for customer service.

Mitch and his team were incredible to work with. His responsiveness and the ease of the entire process were a tremendous benefit and allowed me to secure a house in a market that is both competitive and requires a lender to be sensitive of time. Mitch also took the time to explain the process to me and had a keen eye on the market. I never realized how important your lender is until I met Mitch. He truly went well above and beyond all expectations.
