I brought my car in about a month ago for a scheduled recall & they took out my tire in order to do so. During that process they broke off my stud & stripped the screw & told me that "This was a problem from where ever fixed my tire last & that it was from wear & tear". This was false they broke it off & tried to blame another business for my tire repair. During that conversation over the phone with the employee he tried to tell me they can fix it for the low price of $400 & with the parts being $50 each & the labor would cost me over $300 for a repair that would only take 15 minutes. The disrespect from the employee along with the disregard for taking accountability & worrying about the customer led me to writing my first review ever for a business. Worst customer service ever & the employee gossiping & talking bad about their customers was already a red flag would not recommend to get services done at this location even if it's for a easy oil change seeing that they messed up my tire when I did not even go in for anything tire related. I came in there to get a free repair seeing as it's a recall & I ended up with the employees & manager telling me I have to pay over $400. hmmm very convenient for a business with all these bad reviews already. I believe in honest to gods work & this place did the total opposite of that. At one point the manager himself was surprised about the charge for such an easy fix & tried to bargain with as if we in a flee market. This company should be ashamed & I would recommend putting the customer first instead of filling their pockets.

I brought my Jeep in today (Saturday) for the special that is running for a 2 oil change package for $100 plus tax and shop supplies. I am going out of town tomorrow so had to get it done before hitting the road. I wasn't prepared to be told that they didn't have the capability of honoring the specials on Saturdays for some reason. The gentleman that helped me went on to say, "I've been telling my Manager for months that I need the capability on Saturdays to honor the specials." So, the poor guys hands were tied and so were mine since I am in a time crunch. He gave me 25% off of a quoted $111 for an oil change and multipoint Inspection and that was, "the best I can do." Nowhere in the fine print online for the special 2 for 1 did it say that it didn't include Saturdays. Very dissatisfied with this false advertisement!

Every time I call to get my Jeep in for an oil change or get it in for a service, whoever answers the phone sounds so bothered and so irritated. I finally found a good auto shop to take my Jeep else where but still have to take it in for recalls. I had great experiences prior but taking my money else where!

I arrived at this location to look for Jeeps as I've heard so many good things about jeeps and have always wanted one. As soon as I stepped foot in the door I should've known what it was gonna be like. First thing I noticed was the receptionist with the black hair didn't even look like she wanted to be there. Instantly greeted with a smug look so I ignored her and asked to talk to a salesman which ended up coming over to take over. The salesman was then extremely pushy when I made it clear I was just looking at this time. We went on a test drive and I was getting bad vibes the whole time from the guy and as soon as we get back he says I'll be right back I'm going to go process the paperwork. Like I didn't agree to Purchase it yet I just said it was a nice vehicle. As I'm waiting for him to get back from wherever he went I can see the same girl still mean mugging me. all in all I felt super uncomfortable the whole time so when the salesman came back I declined his offer and said I'll need to do some more looking around. He then proceeded to ask if he can text me later so we could grab dinner and discuss the vehicle. I walked out then and there and will never set foot in this place again. Seemed super unprofessional but that's what happens when it's run by children. I saw maybe 2 adults in the place!!! I recommend going to Park Jeep which was by far a much better experience!

Went in today with my partner at 1:30pm, we were greeted by Joseph. Made it very clear that we were not there for a purchase, I told him we needed to leave by 3pm because we had a vet appointment at 4pm. Made it clear it was a hard leave at 3pm. He provided a vehicle that wasn't comparable in quality to what we already had, we took the car out around the block, the breaks were terrible and shoddy. Upon arrival back at the dealership he gave us a new Jeep to drive that he said was priced at 49k, nice Jeep. I reminded him we weren't there to buy a vehicle today as we got into the 'nicest Jeep in the lot' which was a used Jeep, and he said he wasn't making commission, but only got $300 per sale of a vehicle. Very uncomfortable. I reminded him we needed to leave by 3 for a vet appointment. When we got back to the dealership he said he was going to fill up the Jeep with gas we just drove for the sale and offered to buy us something at the holiday gas station which we refused. He never left the dealership to fill up the car. As we are sitting inside he provided my partner papers and said that the price dropped in the last week to $47,600. He started giving her papers to sign and I again reminded him we aren't there to sign anything today. He suggested that I leave my partner there at the dealership alone, and that I drive alone to the vet and that he will provide a ride for my partner home. I kindly told him he was pushing for this sale and kept going into the sales office with Jason to make this sale happen. Jason was not pushy, for the record. Stay away from Walser dealerships, the Hopkins location is worse.

I took my car in to fix something that was covered under my warranty and they let me know my brakes needed replacing so I agreed to having them do the work. Big mistake!! It took some time as I don't drive very much but when the cars brakes started making noise they told me I would be charged to have them look at them. I had my usual mechanic who does my oil changes look at them and he let me know they never lubricated the rear brakes when they replaced them and it wore my bush bearings out prematurely. A $1250 fix! When I called to complain and ask them to replace them as it was their mistake they passed me along to different people to retell my story but in the end wouldn't take responsibility and never offered to even look at them! Would never go back or recommend them to anyone!

Walked in and let them know I was just browsing. They were so pushy throughout the process and I kept letting them know I'd definitely need to sleep on a decision this expensive. He kept asking why I needed time to decide and why I didn't just buy today. The constant nagging and pressure really turned me away. Now that I've slept on it and am ready to buy my new car, I'm ready to take my business elsewhere. I went in asking questions on different keep wrangler styles and upgrades and they were not informative at all, just very focused on making the sale.
