It’s rare to find a place that treats customers with this much care and urgency. I’m so grateful for their quick response and expertise — they truly saved my day! Highly recommended to anyone who values trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate service. While I was driving, my car started shaking badly due to an unbalanced tire, and I was honestly worried something serious might happen. I stopped here without an appointment, and the team immediately checked my vehicle, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly and professionally.

I have been going to Bobs for many many years now and he has consistently taken great care and pride in his work. Me and my wife live in Minneapolis but have been screwed over one too many times by the shops up here. We will happily drive 30 minutes down to Eden Prairie/Bloomington for something as simple as an oil change because we know it’s being done right. My truck broke down on the side of the highway, at 1050 am, sat there with my son until 230 because AAA never came, called a random tow company who sent me to Bob,. My truck never even pulled into the car stalls, Bob came out and it ended up being the mass airflow sensor clogged, he fixed it and sent me on my way home, he was truly a blessing to me that day!! 10/10!!!!!! He is awesome.

My alternator went out on the way home the other day. I had my car towed to Bob's and they were very helpful. It reminds me of an old school type of mechanic where the guy owns the shop and is invested. Invested in the clean appearance of the shop, invested in the customer, and invested in doing good work on the cars.
