Monday July 11, 2022. The gentleman who waited on me was very nice and cheerful. I give him a 10! I did use the restroom and it was very dirty. The toilet is horrible, doesn't look like it was ever cleaned. The sink is very dirty, almost black from not keeping up the cleaning. If I would have seen a toilet brush and cleaner, I would have cleaned it. Terrible. But great customer service!

While filling up, I saw the employee standing in the building leaning out smoking a cigarette. On 10/07/2021 @ 11:40am Decided not to go in to buy anything.

Very impressed that at 2:20pm the store was so clean. Most of the time when I stop for a fountain drink at this time of day at other stores the fountains are dirty. The counters are sticky or stopped up. The whole store was very clean and neat. Good job guys your hard work shows and I'll be back!

This station has been my go to for years. It's conveniently located. There is easy access and it's spacious, so I'm never trapped waiting for a car in front or back of me to finish and leave. The car wash is great. I love the choice of touch free and gentle touch. Vacuums are always in working order with plenty of room to maneuver. All in all...a nice, clean, safe gas station worthy of my business.

Beware of car wash. I'd always had great service from the folks at BP but won't be back. Someone in front of me at the car wash apparently didn't pay, so when I swiped my card for my wash I actually paid for theirs. Come my turn I had to pay again. When I brought this mixup to staff, I was told to take it up with my bank and that they couldn't do anything about it. No attempt was made to refund me for the double-billing, nor did they offer a code for another car wash. The employee didn't even look at my receipts. Coming from a customer service background myself, this is unacceptable. I'll not be blaming my bank for this error, and will get my washes and other misc. somewhere else. If you do use their wash, don't swipe your card at the kiosk until the person in front of you is already done...
