Thank you to the new girl Tay for the great customer service. Every time I come in she got great energy. However 👎🏽to the owner and manager for never having inventory yall suck. Michael the store manager has an attitude problem, and he's rude to his staff fix it!

This is a good gas station, if you are on your way. Otherwise it is a weird area not visible from Normandale. It did not WOW me but it is good

I have purchased gas and convenience store items from BP Normandale and have always had good service and received good product. I highly recommend this place for that and they also have a great car wash!

This gas station has a decent Car Wash, drink, live bait selection. The main Downfall with this gas station is the premium gas 93. This gas pumps is so slow, you could grow old filling up your gas tank. This is been this way for several months and have talking to the clerks at work here several times about it. They have told me that it was very slow, which we already know. So if you're in a hurry to get some premium 93 gas do not stop at this gas station because you will have enough time to write a review like this on several platforms. Please fix the 93 so we can fill up our cars in a decent amount of of time. I really like to come to this gas station because it's close to home and I really like the 93 gas. But if it really is going to take 20 minutes just to pump up but 12 gallon tank then I'm probably going to take my business elsewhere and I spend a lot gas

I stopped at the gas station on 10/19 in the afternoon to cash a scratch game-winner. The employee told me that he didn't have enough money and I had to use part of my winnings to purchase more tickets. I used a $20 bet, he only gave me $15 worth of scratches.I called this morning to speak with a manager and the female attendant was short and rude. I asked for her name and she hung up on me!Needless to say that I will never again go to this BP station, and I will for sure tell everyone I know about their rudeness and dishonesty!

I loved this wash! this is a touchless carwash. I will not put my BMW through the washes that use brushes and curtains on the car. I saw all the negative reviews of this place (and the manager's responses) I decided to give this place a try because this is the closest automated touch free wash with underbody spray by far. this is going to be my go to wash bay from now on. it even has an air dryer feature at the end. staff inside was friendly and this BP has 93 octane gasoline. I'm very particular about where I take any of my cars and this place has my approval.

Its a fine gas station. But the Employees can be rude at times and a bit odd. Don't really have those experiences at holiday or speedway. They have high turnover. Which is a pretty good way of saying someone is managing this place pretty badly. There has been times I've seen expired food items and I've had Employees give things away for free. If I was the owner I'd clean house and bring in better Employees.

Wow !! As a level 5 respected reviewer, every review I give is honest. (As good reviews can be written and purchased) The owner of this gas station is flat out rude! Doesnt care to resolve anything if its not putting money in his pocket. I have been overcharged by the credit card reader on 3 different occasions. Each occasion for the original amount of my purchase but showed up 3x on my business statement as a charge. I went to talk to the owner who was actually there and he blew me off and stated " I don't have time that never happens". I got this resolved threw my bank who in fact reversed all the charges including the original purchase amt. as I wasn't able to resolve it at the store level.
