I got to know Suhail through a friend’s recommendation. The first time I spoke to him, he explained everything over the phone and sounded very professional and detailed. Working with him wasn’t difficult, and he was an excellent resource for a smooth process. The commission rebate was very helpful. Thanks for your support! An agent from this company aggressively spammed my entire extended family, including my wife, my sister, my children, and my mother. Multiple phone calls in a row followed by text messages, even after replies of 'wrong number."The agent was trying to reach someone we do not know, about property that we have no knowledge of. This kind of behavior is unethical and in fact violated state laws. We are considering referring the agent and company to the attorney general's office.

Bridge Realty are scam artists! They align with crooked home inspectors who fake inspection reports, do intrusive inspections in violation of contracts, damage home seller property and appliances, all to pilfer and grift a favorable bid for your home, at the expense of YOUR hard earned equity. Bridge Realty real estate agents and their inspection partners purposely damage home seller property then request offers well under asking price as a fault of damage they directly cause to home seller properties during unsupervised showings. If you are selling your home and a buyer is represented by Bridge Realty, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOME UNSUPERVISED DURING SHOWINGS. Not to them or ANY inspector they assign should be left unattended in your home. They are unethical and illegal as damaging home seller property to reduce an asking price is flat out illegal. Beware Bridge Realty at all costs!

Clear Conflict of Interest with all the \\\"5- star ratings\\\" as they are self-disclosed Bridge Realty employees/agents. Notice how they all emphasize the percentage of commission they make. These are not people who care about what's best for you as a home buyer. I'm poor enough to qualify for assistance, and my agent still failed to advocate for me. The home required over $19,000 in a new sewer line within 2 months of closing, over $5,000 in additional plumbing/kitchen repair costs, and he included in the purchase agreement at my request fixing the electrical deficits (at least $15,000) which were marked \\\"severe safety\\\" concerns by my inspection. Not only were they not done, but my agent did not verify an actual Electrician's Certification was completed, (again, which was included in the purchase agreement) but only emails me an invoice stamped \\\"paid,\\\" with no improvements made, as if that's equivalent to a notarized certificate. To make matters worse, this \\\"Tony,\\\" who clearly pays the agents to write 5-star reviews on here, won't even respond to my concerns. The worst part is, they claimed to donate a percentage of the sale to the charity of my choice - that was a big pull for choosing them in the first place- but they have failed to verify this took place either. Absolute scum. May name the agent depending on pending advice from my attorney. Could go on about damages and such, but you probably get he picture...

I want to share my experience with one of your realtors, Francis Jazmin Tyler.After I visited the place and informed her of my interest in the property, she stopped replying to messages and email. While as per her request, I was checking and got an OK with the city regarding the building use permits. Francis then emails me after 3 days with a different price and lease terms.I was so interested that I was ok with the listing price. Because of her horrible and unprofessional work, I had to let go of the property I was so interested in.

I have been a realtor with Bridge for over 4 years and have all 5 star reviews for my own business page, and that comes from the umbrella of Bridge and what they have done for me as an agent reflecting in my work. I have gained immense knowledge and have constant support. Tony and the Bridge staff are always dependable and quick to respond and always give ethical advice. Don't let the negative reviews steer you from this wonderful broker. We have won best workplace several years in a row, we have outstanding real estate agents that have been in the industry for decades that come from every corner of the world! I encourage people research themselves and find the agents that place their license with bridge and see their reviews- every single brokerage has bad apples that come and go- don't let a small number of negative reviews (that always have more to the story) turn you from what Bridge truly is.

Highly recommend joining Bridge. I just joined less than 2 months ago and have done 2 closings so far. Best part is that the Broker Tony is not looking to undercut his agents with hefty fees like the other brokers. I came from a major broker prior to this and was paying huge fees. I love it here and will recruit other agents to join here as not only can you grow but you'll not be handicapped with unreasonable fees!!! Thanks to Ellie for bringing me over.

Leslie will not stop calling me about a home I currently have listed and continues to ask how I came up with the price, where I'm moving to, and how long I'm going to try and sell my home on my own before giving it to a realtor. All information that is none of their business. I asked what her last name was as I was taking notes and she wouldn't give that to me. Super scammy. I wouldn't trust doing business with these people.
