I was shopping for a gift so I needed help. Anna came over and my phenomenal experience began. I wanted a sweater and Anna tried everything to find one in the 3T size I needed. Even suggesting competitors. She offered to have one sent from the warehouse, but it wouldn't have arrived in time. Then all of a sudden she thought of the mannequin. Sure enough that was it. I will be shopping there over and over again thanks to such outstanding customer service.

This was truly one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced while shopping! The women with the dreads kept rolling her eyes at me & kept mumbling words under her breath after asking a question! Wasn’t greeted at the door but surely was greeted with eye rolls from her! Wouldn’t shop here!

I went on Black Friday. Despite the large crowds, the customer service was exceptional.We always get our Christmas PJs from Carter’s. I haven’t found a better deal. They didn’t have the style I preferred in the store, so the manager helped me by searching their online inventory. I struck out there too, but she recommended some other styles that worked great.

If you use your rewards money you’ve earned on a purchase and have to return an item, you do not get the rewards money back on your account to use on another item. Very disappointing

I had a bad experience with the manager Andrea at the mall of America location yesterday. She was rude, bias, unprofessional, and bossy how she was treating her employees in front of me. As customer she kept following me around the store “do you need help” “Are you done” I asked if she can help me locate the coupon in the website, she tells she doesn’t know. I asked the two other workers if they can help me locate the coupon in the website, they have tried their best be could not find it. After 14 minutes standing by the cashier, scooping through the website, trying to find the 20% coupon, she couldn’t even help me or honor it. I asked Andrea if there is a manager that can help me find the coupon from the website, mind you, I’m a huge fan of Carters and been shopping for my kids for many years and have been using the 20% website coupon. Andrea replies, “ I’m the manger” she does Inform me that she don’t believe there is a coupon since the pandemic started. but when I asked at first she tells me she isn’t sure how to navigate or get it from the website. Minutes pass by, she makes a call, to get more information about the website coupon, the person she was on the phone with, tells her there isn’t any coupon. and she replies to the individual On the phone, in front of me, “oh that’s what I been trying to tell her and she isn’t listening” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing in My ears. She’s very unprofessional, rude, And has no customer centricity.I don’t ever want to shop at that location anymore. Ever Carters location in Minnesota is an amazing place to shop. the employees, mangers are so nice and welcoming except at this location.
