I make money order from this branch i paid to my apartment complex there worker still the apartment required me I bring proof of the money order i couldn’t find the receipt i call the chase costumer service they said you have to go the branch i when there i look for they found i made with them the money order i ask them to give copy of the receipt they refused me they you have to find your own receipt we can’t give you after that i start looking for the receipt I found I bring to the bank to look and let me who cash it they refused they said we can’t give another person information who cash I ask what’s my options since you don’t tell who cashed they said you can apply dispute i did fill up the dispute they told me it will take up to 13 days after two weeks I get in the mail the same forms I already did I take the chase branch again they don’t want help at all they want just send me away she keep saying to go and call the chase costumer service I ask can you faxed to them she said first you have call finally she help me to call now they said the apartment has to fill up which I already did that the apartment fill up there part now they saying we want more apartments has to put title and stamped and after that it will take 60 to 90 days to get you money it was $1000 they also refused other ones before to dispute I lost a lot of money before worse bank ever very soon I am going to close they’re account and i wouldn’t recommend anyone

I have tried with this location a few times. Really randomly. The ATM always seems to be down and will ONLY take deposits and never has had cash. Employees are not very welcoming. And not easy to work with. I’ll take the extra 10 minutes to drive to a different location just to be treated right and actually get money from my accounts

“””””””””Chase will seize your deposits”””””””””as they did my husbands….Checks were cleared after 7 days, then Chase closed the account and seized 21k. Very evil Bank. “””You have been warned.””””nowWe have to prove funds are his although all the checks have been cleared. “”””””do not risk your deposits with CHASE-“””””””” you will regret it. Credit Unions are better. The Bloomington police receptionist is USELESS in even seeing the Bank Statements of funds that went missing and account closed. If I had a financial emergency CHASE would surely secure my demise by STEALING our funds. This is what I get from trusting THE BIG BAD EVIL WOLF, which almost devoured me.

Came in to open a CC for the new year. Specifically came into the branch for help with a 0% interest for the first 12 months card. As the associate went through options I asked multiple times the options being presented to me were specifically 0% interest for the 1st 12 months. As long as this worked out, I would be back to open 2 business accounts.She assured me multiple times the Chase Sapphire Preferred Card was a 0% interest for the first 12 months credit card. I was approved and left ecstatic.As I arrived home and was looking through my Chase mobile app I noticed the terms of my credit card did not offer 0% interest for the 1st 12 months, like I made incredibly clear I needed. After speaking with the branch manager Alex i was assured there is nothing they can do but open another credit line for me.Im very curious what kind of New Year employee incentives Chase is offering for Sapphire Preferred sign ups. It must be enough for associates to blatantly disregard the needs of customers. I have banked with Chase since 2017 and was excited to start a new journey with them by opening a personal credit line and a business account.It is unfortunate that i will have to find another bank. I came in with very specific needs so I could lay some foundation to make moves with my small business. If i cant come in and clearly communicate my needs as a personal customer, how i can i trust communicating the needs of my business?I Hope the incentive for opening a line was worth losing a life long customer looking to grow.

Opened a new checking account a week ago. The banker was extremely friendly and helpful. So far, I like Chase. However, I do not like the long "holds" they put on a deposited check or a transfer into the account. I have had to make several cash deposits while my other money is on "hold." Word of advice.........deposit cash whenever possible as it's available immediately. I'm hoping my 1st payroll direct deposit has no "holds" on it otherwise, I'm screwed. If so, I will then close this account and stay with my other bank.

Clueless. Absolutely clueless. Their L.A.O. on duty had the skillsets of a toddler and the personality of a barn cat. They could not execute a simple combination cash and check deposit, and they tried to cover up their ineptitude with their 'woe is me' defiance. Certainly have not even been remotely trained properly at all.
