REALLY great experience at this location! Chaz was extremely helpful and kind. Went in with my 12 year old pair of Clark's looking for something similar. Chaz set me up with the closet pair they had and found the last pair in my size that was hiding in the back. He even polished up my old pair while I tried on the new pair. He did such a great job and I will absolutely continue to get my boots and shoes with Clark's because of this experience!

Shoes that feel comfortable for a very long time! Customer service that still shines (pun intended). Good value. Great service. Clarks has it going on! I have a pair of work shoes that I have put over 5,000 miles on them, and they are still going strong. Great support, extremely comfortable. Style? Hey, ask someone who cares, I just love the fit and feel!

Sooooooooooo………I’m not sure what the issue was with Stewart the cashier, but he frustrated me. We were visiting from out of town to see family and decided to stop in Clarks at the famous mall of America. Stewart was not friendly and I had to chase him down for help. The only reason I bought shoes was bc my feet were bothering me. I suggest Stewart get some sakes training and recognize a serious buyer. My family’s income is over $250k. I don’t appreciate his pompous, entitled attitude. I won’t go back there.
