Left the Burnsville location the staff was so rude and did not have the answers! I left and went to the Bloomington location and Absolutely love this store I came in with an issue about my son phone and the young men’s on site went out the way to help me resolve this issue some of the things I didn’t even know I could do on my iPhone they help me understand also went out the way to help me download the app on my phone so I can pay my phone bill when I say I have not been inside a phone store with so much respect I truly appreciate each one of the guys here! So respectful and they all came together to help my issue out truly appreciate it every much!

It was worst customer service that I have ever seen . The guy who was working 10/16/2024 he almost fighted me and tried to hit me something I just ran away from him because he was yelling insulting me and said I will beat you for no reason
OMG😔 I have never seen such a thing like that that guy must be fired otherwise cricket will lost more and more customers

The employee was an half hour late to opening the store and wasn’t able to help after customers care over the phone told me to go to the store.

I drove from the Mankato cricket store because they didn't have the phone I wanted, I worked with the Josh the district Manager and got amazing service from him! I will be recommending everyone to come here. My new favorite cricket store

I’m very upset with this location I stood out front for over an hour waiting and called the store 7 times. All the light were on and the open sign was on. When someone else arrived they called the regional manager who stated v someone should be there but they were not. I was trying to purchase a phone and plan today and was highly disappointed with this location
