I drove from the Mankato cricket store because they didn't have the phone I wanted, I worked with the Josh the district Manager and got amazing service from him! I will be recommending everyone to come here. My new favorite cricket store

I’m very upset with this location I stood out front for over an hour waiting and called the store 7 times. All the light were on and the open sign was on. When someone else arrived they called the regional manager who stated v someone should be there but they were not. I was trying to purchase a phone and plan today and was highly disappointed with this location

Don't know if they are closing or renovating, but they dumped all of their trash into another businesses "Grease Only" container intended to only hold used fryer oil. Horrible employees, do not spend any money with them.

Every time I come into this practical cricket store location there is an AWESOME STAFF BELEN who is an outstanding employee she goes above and beyond when is comes to her professionalism , customer service, and IT skills. Not this locations fault but customer service promised a replacement phone since cricket will no longer service my phone with their Network changes but they still wanted to charge me money even through their hotline personal emphasized to not let them convince me I had a fee, so it's mixed messaging and that makes for a poor experience. I will be looking to keep my phone and change providers
