Came here at 2am and the mobility carts were literally locked up. I was flabbergasted. I have a fractured foot, but I still need to eat, forced to hobble around the store. This was a terrible experience

I would normally give this store five stars, but they recently implemented a robot floor washer. This thing will come right at you and it won't slow down until it's almost touching. Every time I come in here, they turn on the machine, and it comes down the aisle that i'm working in. It's noisy, and it's horrible, and it's very uncomfortable when it's coming at you down the aisle. I don't mind it but it seems every time I go in there. It's next to me and I gotta move my cart and I gotta get out of the way, cause i'm afraid it's gonna hit me. I wish they would take it out. I'm sure I'm not the only one that is complaining about it. I think it's dangerous to have when there are customers walking around in the store.

I’ve arrived to this location on 4 different instances in the past 60 days and each time the customer service counter has been “temporarily closed” and I have been forced to drive to another cub foods location. Figure it out, it’s undeniably a management issue not delegating the properly trained staff to this counter as I saw numerous employees talking to one another throughout the entryway and by the checkout isles. 0/10 do better

Went to get a family dinner from the deli
No issue
We got home and I opened up the mash potato tasted so horrid. Like spoiled and or if the pan it got placed in was not washed properly. And the chicken was a little dry too. I never have issues with the deli here so I'll give them benefit of the doubt that it was just a off night.

Produce is laughable. Many employees decent. But getting yelled at by an old lady checker for apparently not putting something at the end of groceries is ridiculous and hilarious. YOU represent the store. LEARN (and the store should be TEACHING) basic customer service which includes how you speak to customers and your tone.

This place is the worst. I went to use the bathroom which I normally try not to do but had to. There was poop everywhere in the women's bathroom (on the floor, toilet, wall etc...) because of this I will never ever go back to this store. So gross.

I stopped by there today thinking that the customer service desk would be closed again. Turned out it wasn't the case. I hope the customer service desk at this Cub store remains open for any customer to get a money order, load money to their gift cards, etc.
