Ugh, it is what it is. Same as every other storage place. I've had my issues with them. The price has gone up as if people don't have lives and other bills. I wish we could get out. Almost 500 each for our storages. Like I got 2 storages where's the deal. I even paid 6months in advance and not even a, 'here's a deal for doing that', nothing. Get charged for paying online, which is supposed to be a convenience for them and us, but it's just going up in price for that. First nothing, then 2 bucks, okay fine, 4bucks, um okay, 5 and 6 bucks, what the heck, fine I don't want late fees, then now all of a sudden, $11!!!!!!!! And $12!!!!!!! What!?!?!??!?! That's just sick. Mind you this is online to be convenient for the customer. If late you are charged an extra of 20$ or 20% of your storage rent. Stupid and crazy. If you go in to pay it's such an inconvenience for (honestly them) customers. They get so much money and still will sell your things.
If you are using a storage to move makes sense and we have tried everytime and end up at homes that are trash dont have space for anything and then we pay storage and rent , other bills. This world is sick.
But the workers are fine.

Things started out OK with my unit rental; it was a good size and a reasonable price. Unfortunately though, the floors in the units and in the hallways are FILTHY, as in grimy dirty, so just know that whatever you set down in your unit is going to be dirty. On the weekends, they basically shut off most of the overhead lights, so it's very dark inside. I didn't like to go on the weekends because it felt creepy and unsafe. The back gate was broken so often its a wonder more people weren't sneaking in. The staff were generally nice and tried to help, but it seemed their hands were tied to address issues due to bad corporate management/policies. The worst part of CubeSmart however, is their pricing policy. They start out giving you a reasonable rate, but after a few months they jack up the price, and keep raising the price. It's very bait and switch. I would absolutely NOT recommend CubeSmart and would find another rental alternative.

As always, Jeremy did a GREAT job Friday. I needed a few things to make lace in my storage as well. He quickly took payment and handed me my receipt. Walked to my space, we spoke about a few things and he offered a couple of solutions to consider. So, he is very helpful and I look forward to visiting with him on my stop to my storage unit. Avoid cubesmart. My storage unit was broken into by employees that work at cube smart. Even though there is surveillance cameras on site. The manager at cube smart has refused to turn over any footage to law enforcement. Avoid cube smart at all cost!
