Why are the store hours not posted on the door? Not the store nor the pharmacy hours are posted. Does everything have to be looked up online??

Heaven forbid they make an attempt to be courteous to others. Asking a simple question is super triggering to them. Now I am sure they are constantly under water as I am sure it sucks to work there but does that require being rude and obnoxious to everyone?? But what do I know as I have no doctorate

Called pharmacy 4x today within a hour and was hung up on 2x when I needed a prescription filled. Decided to drive there got there 10minutes and they refused to help me again. I have to trust these unprofessional kids with my life saving prescriptions and they have the intention to kill me every time

Very rude staff and not helpful at all at the pharmacy. Long wait time when you can clearly see that staff is chatting. Not helpful with the queries. Everytime you ask anything, they don’t have clear answers

Store is getting better with sales & cleanest,due to a stable manager worker there all the time & she keep the store in great condition.Its a female Store manager there now before it use to be a guy & he was terrible

I can't use the app to refill my prescription because it is a scheduled drug. I have to call. After 21 minutes on hold I get a "CVS pharmacy, please hold". No idea how much longer I'll have to wait. It is literally faster for me to walk a couple miles to talk to someone then call.
Note: I haven't had a problem with the employees. I just assume they are incredibly short staffed as other people have pointed out.

Manager needs to be fired!!
I delivered there 1 day. A really nice employee was helping me originally, then manager stormed in back room, barking orders. Kicked me out "OF HER STORE"! Filing a complaint at CVS Headquarters!

Worst pharmacy ever, take them forever to fill the prescription. Good rx is down was asked to pay full price for the generic prescription medication.

Went to buy some things with my family, we all got the things we needed and paid separately. As we were leaving the doors were beeping but none of us thought of anything because we all had paid. Then a store associate came out and took a picture of our car, so we decided to get off the car and ask what happened and she denied everything. I showed her my receipt but wouldn’t even look at me, she just ignored me. If something was wrong why wouldn’t she tell us? We didn’t have anything to hide. Go there if you want your day ruined
