Got VERY incorrect prescription information from the pharmacist on a new medication. I have short acting pill, he gave me dosing information for the time released version. This could be incredibly dangerous!
Another time I go to the counter a tell her I’m picking up 2 meds. I show my ID for the medication that needs it. She even comments on my recent birthday. Immediately after our transaction, before I’d even collected my things from the counter, she starts helping the next person in line. So said person steps up, we’re basically shoulder to shoulder so neither of us have any privacy. So I scoop everything up and shove them in my bag.
So imagine my surprise and anger when I walk back home, unpack my bag and find out she only gave me one medication. THE LOTION WHICH DID NOT NEED AN ID.
So I got my medicated lotion but not my very needed PRN medication. Pharmacy was already closed for the night and clearly they couldn’t just mail them as ID was needed. I don’t have a car so I had to change my entire following day to make a whole new trip back to correct their mistake.
Absolutely incompetent and dangerous pharmacy. Switching everything to Edina and hoping for less of a clown show.

My Rx was filled quickly with clear communication throughout the process. The pharmacist was helpful and informative. Since the pharmacy is located inside Target, I was also able to purchase other needed items.

Terrible customer service. After falling into a continuous loop on their automated service, I finally reached a staff working at the pharmacy. When I went to explain my situation, the staff hung the phone up on me. After going through the automated system again, I left a voicemail. I got a call back fast but the staff was rude and short. Customer service is not something this location is good at. Would not recommend.

The pharmacists here went out of their way to help my daughter when she needed an emergency refill and our regular supplier was out of stock. We had to get the okay from our insurance company and from the other pharmacy, and Scott knew who to call and what to say.

This pharmacy is incapable of fulfilling prescriptions, between telling a customer they were submitting a request for alternatives and never doing so, to ignoring paperwork sent by Care provider proving, in detail, that my prescription doesn't require a prior authorizing and is covered and the pharmacy still not knowing how to do their job and telling me it's not covered. They have no process what so ever. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes, by my self, and they completely ignored me but then as soon as a new person walked up they assisted that person. Get a line and learn how to process prescription requests. How as anyone paying them for this?

I honestly can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Every time I call or visit to pick up an RX, every member of staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. They are often super busy, but never make you feel rushed. They always greet you in a friendly manner and if you have questions about your medication, they take the time to explain and ensure you understand everything. By far the best pharmacy I have found in a very long time!

I went in for a walk-in flu shot. There are signs all over the store, including below the pharmacy register, that they offer walk-in flu appointments. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, the clerk told me they only accept pre-scheduled vaccination appointments. I looked down at the sign directly below her, and she said they changed their policy because they are understaffed.Pharmacist and receptionist told me no one in the area offered walk-in vaccinations. I went to the nearest CUB and got walk-in services 15 minutes later.

I cannot praise the pharmacy techs enough for going above and beyond for me. I really needed a tricky prescription filled the same night. They went so far as to call the on call MD at that urgent care facility and get them to page the urgent care to get things straightened out. I cannot thank them enough. They are honestly heroes.Thu and Sandy: you ladies have a special place in heaven. Thank you. Please give them both a HUGE raise!
