Unfortunate situation. Theft by swindle.If you Bring in anything to be repaired or fixed or sharpened. Make sure you keep all paperwork. I paid for an item to be repaired. I now have to go through my bank Recordsto show that I paid for it. They have no record Of it being paid for, so therefore I We’ll have to Spend time and show them that I paid for it. Lots of wasted time. And now Jerry’s worst hardware lost a customer.

I had a horrible day but Carrie the cashier made my day. She gave me a big hug, bought me a Pepsi and meat stick. We had a great conversation. That hardware store hired a great gal. I think they are very lucky to have Carrie. She sure is a great person. She made my day. Ofcourse everyone there is nice,kind and very helpful. I love ❤️ that store and it's because of the people that work there.

Stopped in for screws to put my Minnesota plates back on and the guy came out with the set of screws and put my plates on for me. Best $1.50 I ever spent! Cashier and the rest of the crew were pleasant as well! Will be back!

Staff members at Jerry’s in Valley West are extremely helpful. I called 5 other locations (closer to my house) looking for a part for my Weber grill. This is the only location that offered to order it for me.

Got invited to Jerry's outside of Jerry's. She introduced herself as fellows in Christ. I wanted to return but it started to rain and I needed to get my feet up. Selling the store is great. Mentioning we are fellow Christians is even more bold.

I just went up to check out leaf blowers. Not only did they have a huge selection with all levels of power (and price) but the gentleman helped me find the exact fit (small and quiet for a patio) but he let me try them all out. Great guy. Great experience. Great store. He even gave me the form to get $30 rebate from Xcel for buying battery op vs gas engine. Def worth spending slightly more for convenience and legitimate service.

Double and triple check EXACTLY the repairs you need with their service area. Just had a very incomplete (and expensive) job done on the repair of 8 screens. They said their third party (first big mistake) contractor would call me with ANY issues. No one called. Got them back, expecting complete repairs, only to find they didn't have parts and left weatherstripping/etc. off all but two. Parts were left hanging. But still replaced the screen. I NEVER would have allowed the incomplete repair. Terrible. I won't be back.

I had such a great experience. I was looking for a socket wrench bit to work w my drill. They didn’t have the exact thing I was looking for in my budget & the staff who helped me took some time to experiment with me to find a great solution for $10.

Good neighborhood hardware store. They got whatever you need, everyone is friendly, prices are reasonable - zip in, zip out kinda place.
Compare to going to Menards or Home Depot - much longer, feels like an event.
Solid customer service. 5 stars.
