We really hard a good experience recently buying a swivel chair. Lisa, our salesperson was super helpful with suggestions on chairs & with the ordering process. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel when purchasing some lamps for my son and daughter-in-law. He was attentive, but not too attentive, and was very helpful and personable. I would make a purchase at Hom again because of such good customer service!

Darin was very helpful but letting us know that a different color scheme (aka not Halloween orange) was available for the patio cushions on the set we liked. Also did a great job pointing out the sale price which was not clearly marked. Also did a great job assisting but not be a nightmare salesperson who followed us around. A great experience all around!

The salesperson helping us buy and have delivered two leather chairs was an absolute delight. Sky Sapphire Streeter was maybe the most enthusiastic, pleasant, and knowledgeable person we've worked with at Hom/Gabberts/Dock86 and we'll make an effort to work with her on any future purchases.

I got a referral from a friend who lives in Rochester. She bought lovely couches for her home. It was my 1st time coming to the store and didn't know what to expect. Brian Carr was very pleasant with good customer service and marketing skills. He was very friendly and made me feel at home. He was very patient with me because I had a hard time making a decision on which set of couches i was going to settle for.

We bought a couch from here for our cabin up north and Darin was great at figuring out how we can ship it up there instead of locally and then needing to haul it ourselves. Highly recommend!
