Forever grateful for the dogtopia team for taking care of my pup! He did a week stay in boarding and was well taken care of, and they included him in the week'a planned activities too! They were communicative and even dealt with me calling mid-week to check in and schedule a spa day for the little guy on his last day.

I’ve been taking my dog Xella to Dogtopia for about 6 months now. She is obsessed with going there. Loves getting to play with all her friends and the staff are welcoming and very nice. She’s a husky/lab mix with a lot of energy, and comes home tired every time. We love Dogtopia!

I trust this place completely with the care of my almost 5 year old Boston Terrier. He has been coming since he was a puppy. All of the staff is friendly. Grooming is excellent and although Cheddar can be shy and anxious at times, he is totally comfortable in Dogtopia’s care. He is able to run off energy while I am work and I know they love him just as much as we do.

Dogtopia is the best! They know my dogs & genuinely care. They do fun crafts with dogs including paw ornaments, photos shoots w/ Santa & a turkey paw print for thanksgiving. I am so appreciative of their staff. I know my dogs who are THE most important part of my life are in fantastic hands. Thank you Dogtopia Bloomington, bravo!

I've taken my Bully Boxer in for a few visits recently. She LOVES it! She gets so excited when she realizes where we are. The staff has been amazing with her, which has been so reassuring to this dog mama who adopted an abused rescue dog. We had an issue with a bath done by the groomers, but they made it right. Buttons gives them 4 paws up, and I agree with her.

Clean and safe for our pet to stay, staff is also accommodating in accepting our pet as a visitor for the past 2 days so the humans can enjoy Minneapolis and surrounding areas.

We’ve taken 2 dogs to Dogtopia of Bloomington, and both dogs have had great experiences there. The staff is attentive and it is clear how much they care about all of the pups that attend daycare. They do a nice job of placing dogs in the appropriate room based on their size and play style and I appreciate how they adjust as needed based on how my dog is doing/feeling on a particular day. Overall, we’ve been really happy with our experience and would highly recommend this doggie daycare!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dogtopia. We’ve been taking our dog Football to this location for close to a year. He absolutely loves it. He gets so excited as we drive up and comes home completely exhausted. The employees are great too. I have absolutely no reservations about bringing my little friend here whenever I go into the office or away for a long weekend.

I had enjoyed taking Lady to Dogtopia Bloomington up until a couple days ago. Mind you, I’ve been taking her here for 4 years, dating back to when I used to work there. When I resigned 3 years ago, the owner had told me I was welcomed to bring Lady back anytime for a discounted rate. So from there on, I continued to bring Lady here for the past 3 years and received 50% off all services. This past weekend, I brought her in to board for the weekend. I was charged full price so I called back and asked why I was charged full price when usually, I get a discount. The lady who answered the phone didn’t seem to know much aside from saying “if you had a discount, it would’ve been applied” and said she would reach back that day or the next day for more information. It’s the next day and I have not received any calls so I emailed them. The same girl replied saying I would get discount moving forward, period, nothing about the overcharge from over the weekend. So I message back asking about a refund. They said they will get back to me the next day. It’s the next day, no response, so of course, I emailed back. They said they would give me a $25 credit on my account. At this point, I am already pretty irritated about the poor communication and now this? Who did they take me for? Giving me $25 credit for an overcharge of $86 for a mistake they made on their end. So when I emailed them back regarding this, they just said the owner would call me. So he did but I was unable to answer my phone. He emails me saying that he does not recall why I have a discount and that discounts are usually removed when staff resign. He also made the excuse and said “I don't recall authorizing that but I know at times different managers or shift leaders have put that in on their own”. Well, I would like to know why, as an owner, one would be so unaware of such things especially when it was the owner HIMSELF who gave me the discount to begin with and now for over 3 years. You must not be a very good owner if that was all authorized without your knowledge, but you know, like I said, I did used to work there and let’s just say I am not surprised that the owner “didn’t know about it”. Nonetheless, I emailed my disappointment to the owner and still had not received any form of response back, not even an apology or acknowledgement of my frustration or what an inconvenience this has been. Very disappointed about the lack of communication and unprofessional way they handled this. If they would’ve told me, before they charged me, that my discount is no longer applicable, I would’ve been fine with the transparency. But no, it just seems like no one at Dogtopia knows what’s going on. If this is how you treat customers, then don’t even run a business. Don’t even bother replying to this review or try reaching out to me. I won’t be bringing Lady here anymore. If I could give this review zero stars, I would.

We love dogtopia! The dogs actually play with eachother and they get rest and meal time. Love being able to check the cameras and watch her play. Harley always comes back exhausted. I’ve had a few billing issues/errors and the staff always try to make it right. My only con is she comes back stinky, dirty and sometimes has dog p*** on her but she’s easy to bath when she’s so tired!
