Traded in some items that I purchased the wrong size for the right size. No problems, no hassles. Some of the items are a bit high-priced if you don't wait for them to go on sale. But on the other hand, the quality of almost everything they sell is top-tier. And you have to appreciate some of the creative marketing and product-naming. 😃

Best quality clothing I have ever owned. The moisture whicking shirts and quick dry products are great for the MN summers and the firehouse products and Alaska Hardened Gear is perfect for the MN winters.

Well-made clothing and great value if you can find items on clearance. The sales staff were friendly and helpful. I wish they sold outerwear and shirts in tall sizes for women.

I have been extremely satisfied with every product I have purchased from DTC. My only complaint would maybe be the price but then again I would rather have the quality than them being cheap. The pants I purchased are their 40 grit pants which were cheaper than their firehouse pants but are super durable and comfortable. Buck naked boxer briefs are the best underwear I have ever worn (this includes over expensive underwear from express, and american eagle). Personally, I just wait for a sale since things are expensive but the quality and customer service is amazing.
