They have not processed my deposit refund of 2 deposits. It's been 2 weeks. I've spoken to the manger and many employees. They blame Calliber collison on 90th for the hold up. I spoke with management at Calliber Collison and they say they have done everything on their part. Calliber collison doesn't know what's going on. I have called back to this enterprise location and now my calls don't go through. Only to national hotline. The hotline has put in a complaint with the area manager to try and resolve this issue. It's been weeks of back and fourth that enterprise says yeah we will refund ypu today and another week goes by no refund.

I see why this place has such great reviews! Not only is it easy to get to and not ridiculously out of my way but their customer service is amazing. They made my entire experience of having to get a rental for unexpected warranty work so much easier to deal with, thanks for that!

They have great customers service and your car you get is well cleaned and washed and I brought my car back in cause it was out of window fluid and they filled it right back up they are so nice

Potential LATINO clients: it seems that Enterprise is declining in its policies towards its clients.
If you rent a vehicle for 1 week (7) days; and for whatever reason, you return it before (be it 1 day, 2 or 3) they will CHARGE you in FULL, as if it were the week. They don't give you a single dollar back.
It is sad that ENTERPRISE has adopted these unfair practices! As for me, and then I know 10 years of being your client:::TODAY I said goodbye never again! Bye bye! Bye!

Enterprise is the only place that I get my rental car from their prices are more affordable, and their more professional with their customers, more quality of vehicles plus unlimited mileage.

The staff at both the Bloomington, MN and Brooklyn Park, MN locations were friendly and helpful. The process for pick-up and return was quick and easy. The vehicle was shiny clean and fairly new and nicely equipped. It was fun to try a vehicle I hadn't driven before -- a Jeep Renegade.

We needed a rental vehicle for a few weeks and Enterprise went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Everyone was so polite and helpful in getting us into a vehicle that would work for our family. If I need a rental in the future, I would 100% go back!

The customer service at Bloomingtin Enterprise was amazing! They seamlessly got me into a rental car after I totaled my car and even drove me to the car dealer to help me pick up my new car,,, I was so moved by all their kindness that I bought them donuts the next day,!
