Found shoes on our own...no help, not greeted at all...and the person at the check out barely engaged with us. This store is not what it used to be...no customer service at all. Customer service goes a long way. Smile and greet your customers, be engaging, helpful and curious.

Nice employees that tried to be helpful. The store was bright and clean and the layout made the different footwear easy to search through and find. The only problem was the sizes. I found a few pairs I was interested in but they didn't have anything bigger than a size 12 in men's. This was disappointing cause I was looking to buy but couldn't.

Store was packed from wall to wall with shoes of different brands. They have many sizes out on the floor which made shopping easy. Prices were expected. Staff were not very friendly.

They have a great selection of shoes for kids. Unfortunately, it seems like they have limited sizing, specifically for our kids sizes, but we do tend to find a pair or two that works.

Great prices on clearance items! Also lots of brands which make shopping around easier. My only complaint was that the workers kind of rude at the check out, but otherwise a good deal!

Place had a great selection being able to find a wide variety of shoes with all the sizes in the stock. It's a very busy place. Still didn't have to wait very long to get through the line. We'll definitely go back
