I had not used FedEx for several years and was unsure how it worked. The front desk clerk was very helpful, and walked me through the steps. It was pretty dang simple, and I was in and out of there super quick.

My packages are always dispatched from here the delivery drivers/service is terrible. My building has a package concierge for a reason but fedex are the only service who's drivers fail to use it. They will literally just toss out packages on the ground. Multiple packages “stolen” due to negligence. One package they said was being delivered Friday they delivered it a day earlier with no notice at all I never did locate that package. Customer service literally will tell you there’s nothing they can do.

Do not go here! One young lady working here messed up three times with my expensive package. First, she said it was ready for pickup in Bloomington when it wasn't anywhere to be found. Second, she received my request to change delivery address but never processed it. Third, she claimed the address I gave her was wrong even though I have gotten stuff delivered there before. This isn't just bad customer service, this is virtually non-existent customer service

FedEx should really go out of business!! So many times they claimed the attempted delivery then asked me to pick it up. I was at home all the day!! The customer service was rude!! Why doesn’t the company bankrupt? Please some competitor come to get them out of business!!!!

Guy didn't even give me time to answer door. Got hung up on by a lady I couldn't understand. I took off work for this package now have to another day. They have no solution for this won't hold package unless I call and catch the delivery guy at9am. Beware of fed ex

Night and Day. I went to a small independent shipping store (Postal Dispatch in Bloomington) and had a terrible experience. I asked to talk to the owner and the guy said he WAS the owner. I was shocked at how bad of an experience I had. But then I went to Fed Ex and it was so much easier. And the prices they quoted me were better as well. I don't know how that Postal Dispatch place stays in business. But they shouldn't be. They are what's wrong with people today. Thank goodness for Fed Ex. They treated me like a real person.

Packages shipped thru this facility keep showing as attempted but my apt building nor I have not been contacted when they get to the building to be let in. I specifically told my office I am waiting on an overnight package thru fedex, and they didnt even see them stop here today, although it states it was attempted with no one available.This is why no one likes FEDEX.

Frankly, they couldn't be worse. I'm stuck with them because I receive regular shipments from a business that has a long-term contract with them and I get deliveries every other week. Not once has FedEx made the initial delivery date. If something is supposed to arrive on Monday, when it doesn't I check the tracking to find that the delivery day has changed to Tuesday. It's still listed as ON TIME. Which is true for a Tuesday delivery. That Monday delivery isn't on time, but it's still ON TIME because that's important for advertising and sales. Like I said every two weeks since the start of the year, not once hitting the original delivery date. The second worst was a package that was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday, and it was ON TIME. When it didn't show up I checked tracking, due Wednesday, ON TIME. When it didn't show up again, Thursday, ON TIME. After more ON TIME delays it finally showed up the following Monday, ON TIME. It makes you wonder which of those two words, totaling six letters, they don't understand. The worst is right now, and because of this I no longer care at all which part of ON TIME FedEx doesn't understand, because it's clear they don't want to. Ten days to move my package from Reno Nevada to Cody Wyoming. It's supposed to be delivered to Minnesota. Ten days, not moving in the right direction. ON TIME. Scheduled delivery is... there isn't one. It's listed as pending. It's ON TIME to be delivered... sometime?
