Mike at FedEx on Lyndale in Bloomington MN did an amazing job helping me reorder the pages of my memorial brochure to get it printed in time for me to catch my flight. He was patient and professional and produced an excellent final product. Fantastic service!

Matt and Joey gave me the most easy and efficient experience I could ask for! Joey is super skilled and detailed while taking my passport photos. Matt ensured a perfect process that left me leaving with a smile on my face! 10/10 recommend and proud customer of 15+ years.

Used this location for print jobs a couple times over the past couple weeks and have been very impressed both times. They call to say the job is ready for pick up, always faster than quoted on the website. When I went in to collect, they were quick to locate my copies. On my second visit, there was a customer ahead of me with a complicated enquiry, but the staff member quickly called someone from the back to come and help me and I was able to pick up my copies fast. The woman who helped me is always cheerful and friendly. Will definitely continue to use this location for all my print jobs.

Matt and Daniel really helped us on a photo mishap. We were dissatisfied with a 3rd party print job and the team stayed open a little late to help us troubleshoot, they gave us great customer service and a lot of helpful suggestions.

This location is always friendly and remembers me when I come in. Today Amanda was working alone and had a huge line of people She worked really hard to get everybody taken care of and handled the impatient people very well. I hope they can get the staffing they need. Gold star for Amanda!

Needed help with getting a label project printed, my labels wouldn't work there but the employee mentioned that they had some in stock at their store. When I asked how much they were his response was "I don't know off the top of my head". Then awkward silence. Okaaaay, guess I'll go to a different FedEx if you can't even be bothered to go look?
