Ever since Trustone took over, they have constantly charged late fees for a payment that disappeared------ever so conveniently---during that sale. I have direct transfer from one bank to Trustone, so the old bank was debited, but Trustone just never got it, they claimed. All I got was being patronized. I had to pay double to get caught up. THEN the late fees mysteriously started again. FOUR YEARS of payments deposited four days before due date, always charged a late fee. You do the math. I'm not a big customer, so all they do is sneer politely and refund one month. One customer is nothing. They won't miss me when I close my account Monday morning, but getting $25 stolen every month adds up.

Rude teller. It is always an issue with TruStone to make it hard for small business owners. This month's issue -- telling me I have to fill out a deposit slip when submitting two checks and providing my debit card at the drive-through. Teller was rude when I asked if this was a new policy, as I've been doing it this way for over a year.
Left and went to the Uptown branch to deposit, and that teller said it's not required.
Ugh.

I Hate TruStone Financial Credit Union one of the worst banks I worst banks I could have chosen I called asking what happened to my check after not receiving anything information about my check being delayed a day later from a holiday I had to call to figure what happened I had plans with my check this morning now I have to wait a day later I will be switching banks due to the lack of communication. Worst experience Ever

They don't care how long you've banked with them, how much money you've had go threw your account. If you're going threw a hardship/ rough moment they will not be the bank for you. They will just make this more difficult. Switching after 14 years. Predators the bank not employees as they don't have any control.

Opened an account with this credit union at the end of December, and I have yet to hear back anything after they asked for an ID. Never had this kind of problem with any other bank or credit union I’ve done business with in the past.
