John at Fixology is a master of watches and incredibly personable. I found a nice watch that I liked on amazon, but the band was cheap and terrible. I shopped around for awhile before I finally found Fixology, and met John. I told him what I was looking for, and he helped me find a perfect band that fit the watch and looked great, but was a touch too small. I bought the band, and he ordered extra links for me. I came back to store once they were in, and he installed them perfectly in a matter of minutes, completely free of charge. The watch fits great, and it's all thanks to him! I'd %100 recommend Fixology for any and all watch needs, and be sure to ask for John! (Though I'm sure everyone else is great too!)

my day was MADE. i had to bring my Tag watch in because the movement wasn’t spin properly. i had been given estimates for hundreds of dollars before. They had it fixed in no time and it was well worth the $$. thank you so much to the guys who took such good care of me!!!

I got my watch fixed here for water damage. After paying 400$, it stopped working a week after. I took it to a new watch store the guy gave me an estimate for 130$. The guy also told me that they had not properly cleaned out the rust. I was disappointed after I had really like coming here to get repairs.

I needed my wedding ring removed. They were friendly and were able to cut the ring without discomfort. The service was great and they didn't even charge. Very grateful.

This location is on the 2nd floor in the Mall of America. Good customer service and they seem to know how to fix watches from the 1970s and up. My Mom had a heck of a time finding a watch shop that could fix her watch band and replace a battery on an old Timex watch until we got lucky and found this place in M.O.A. while we were shopping. Would recommend highly!!!

I needed to get my rings cut off due to worsening osteoarthritis. One of the rings was my mother's wedding ring. A very emotional experience. They cut the rings with great care and made it a more positive experience. I appreciate the customer service. They treated me so well. I highly recommend them!

After talking with several reputable jewelers who had outrageous prices, Fixology turned out to be both affordable and great to work with to resize, retip, & solder the heirloom wedding set I brought in. Megan worked quickly and with integrity to bring new life to these pieces that I am so excited to wear!

I went in on New Year’s Day because I needed the back of my watch put back on, and the kind worker not only was able to put my watch back on, but he also changed the time and date on it as well! Highly recommend Fixology!
