Super friendly! I would have bought my shoes here but they didn't have my size and offered to ship them to the store but I was visiting from out of state

Walked around for about 7 minutes only one person spoke to me. As I was walking back to my spouse and son making note I was asked if I needed help with anything. For me it was too late the question should have came before I'm ready to leave the almost empty store.

Everyone I asked for help in the store today treated me like I was a bother. I needed someone to take an accurate foot size for my grandson and go to the back to bring us the proper size. He measured the foot and brought us a pair of shoes. My grandson couldn’t even get them on his feet because the size he brought was too small and yet he was nowhere to be found to get us the proper size. I asked another woman who was clearly doing a different job, but she was the only clerk I could find. She rolled her eyes and pointed to the other person Who is now on the opposite end of the store typing on his phone. We were prepared to spend a couple hundred dollars in there but walked out vowing to never shop there again. My husband and I had shopped there just after the pandemic and had a similar treatment. I suggest that Foot Locker sent some secret shoppers in there and clean house!

I don't know what has happened to customer service. It's just gone. No one asks u if u need help u go yo them with a shoe they act as if they dont want to help u. People from all over the country come to this mall and this is the service they're greeted with. Shameful. I live here in MN and I was embarrassed. Went to multiple shoe stores looking fora particular color shoe and I was just shocked by the service. Best shoe store with great customer service...Journey's on the 1st floor. Great workers friendly they engage with you, unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for, but I'll be going there again for sure. Footlocker, JD, Champs,Footaction...no thank you.

The staff treats you like you’re a thief!!!
The poorly trained staff profile folks and you’d think they’ve been profiled their entire life, they wouldn’t want to treat others that way.
Train your team Better cuz when your employees treat people as if they don’t have $$$$, we go elsewhere!!!
We came here cuz my 16 yr old daughter was looking for specific shoes and the young short, thin kid with old school fro was extremely dismissive and treated us as criminals… As if we’re really gonna Jack a single shoe without a mate??♀️
We went to the self standing Nike store, we were treated kindly, had Tremendous assistance and purchased the sneakers.
Skip FL unless you purchase online and only make returns to their MOA locations.

Went to shop here Wednesday with my husband (who’s in a wheelchair) and we were both extremely happy by how well spaced out the shelving is. Made it so easy to maneuver around and shop. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly while we were trying to find my husband some Air Jordans. Thank you.

Blown away by the customer service. Everyone in the store was super nice and helpful and it was crazy busy. My wife is slightly handicapped and has a leg brace and they were very patient. I hate MOA but we for sure will come back to this store!

Third floor (Remodeled Store) Heavy set Manager Matt.. You need to learn better Customer Service skills. Just because I asked a question about a pair of shoes that I didn't know about, you scoff and walk away... Do you have any idea how irritated that will make most people, including me. Just because the newly remodeled store is fantastic doesn't give you the right to treat people like they're stupid.I truly wanted to take the time in this review to rip you a new one, but I will do my best to keep it proper.Remodeled store looks great, plenty of room to move around comfortably, selection seems to have grown and a large selection of today's clothing.Foot Lockers has been around for 30+ years and has always been a go-to for most Minnesotans, but if you only hired people like Matt, I'd never go there again.

The WORST customer service you'll receive in any retail store is this Foot Locker. Quinta at this location is beyond rude and confrontational. She shouldn't be allowed to interact with human beings let alone be in a customer service role. She was extremely argumentative and plain disrespectful. No decency. Shay Bae was helpful and processed my transaction but I will NOT be back at this store. Most the employees act like they don't want to be there.

Quinta at this store should not be allowed to interact with customers. Her level of unprofessionalism and disrespect towards customers is beyond unacceptable. They must've been desperate to fill the position.
