Went to shop here Wednesday with my husband (who’s in a wheelchair) and we were both extremely happy by how well spaced out the shelving is. Made it so easy to maneuver around and shop. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly while we were trying to find my husband some Air Jordans. Thank you.

Blown away by the customer service. Everyone in the store was super nice and helpful and it was crazy busy. My wife is slightly handicapped and has a leg brace and they were very patient. I hate MOA but we for sure will come back to this store!

Third floor (Remodeled Store) Heavy set Manager Matt.. You need to learn better Customer Service skills. Just because I asked a question about a pair of shoes that I didn't know about, you scoff and walk away... Do you have any idea how irritated that will make most people, including me. Just because the newly remodeled store is fantastic doesn't give you the right to treat people like they're stupid.I truly wanted to take the time in this review to rip you a new one, but I will do my best to keep it proper.Remodeled store looks great, plenty of room to move around comfortably, selection seems to have grown and a large selection of today's clothing.Foot Lockers has been around for 30+ years and has always been a go-to for most Minnesotans, but if you only hired people like Matt, I'd never go there again.

The WORST customer service you'll receive in any retail store is this Foot Locker. Quinta at this location is beyond rude and confrontational. She shouldn't be allowed to interact with human beings let alone be in a customer service role. She was extremely argumentative and plain disrespectful. No decency. Shay Bae was helpful and processed my transaction but I will NOT be back at this store. Most the employees act like they don't want to be there.

Quinta at this store should not be allowed to interact with customers. Her level of unprofessionalism and disrespect towards customers is beyond unacceptable. They must've been desperate to fill the position.

Waited a full fifteen minutes while employees talked to each other then terrible service and took anther fifteen minutes to checkout one person ahead of me I would have walked out without buying shoes but they absolutely wouldn’t have cared and my kid wanted shoes so for the final time in my life I bought shoes first floor moa footlocker

they got some good deals but its all on stuff like new balance, champion, under armour etc but I think they are justifying extorting people for shoes that they could find cheaper on amazon or ebay

The House of Hoops on the 3rd floor has the best collection of Jordan's in the Twin Cities that usher consignment or specialty. Super happy with their stock. Don't expect specialty store stock but definitely more then the average place. Luckily they had my size. Great staff. Cool atmosphere. If you're looking for Jordan's and don't want specialty store prices go to Footlocker @ MOA.

Nate, the manager is very unprofessional and rude. He is not passionate as a manager and don’t understand when you have an issue picking up shoes. He does not need to be a manager.

Came to the 1st floor location today for Black Friday. They have one cashier working and 8 other employees standing around.

they would not let me return shoes I wore once. Employees were very rude and unpleasant as well as managers. Very bad establishment.
