Nothing special as far as shoe selection or prices, but I wanted to express how wonderful the staff was. My kids have never been to an indoor mall before, and they loved the idea of picking out shoes while the patient and kind staff catered to them as they would any other customer. Kids had fun!

Not good customer service. Asked to try on shoes and thought the employees were looking. One was on the phone and the other one was just wandering around aimlessly. The shoes were brought to the register and my daughter didn’t even get to try them on. They refused to give me a receipt without giving them my email address. Do not recommend. This is the store on the 2nd level of MOA

Customer service was good prices were reasonable. There were a few good deals other than that some items were overpriced.

Walked in to the store today 11/28/23, at around 2:30pm-3pm two African American girls working were rude. Poor customer service. Having conversations among themselves swearing.

Absolutely horrible customer service. 4 women just standing around ignoring the customers loudly talking amongst themselves. Had to ask for my daughter to be measured and was given an eye roll. The one employee that did end up getting all the sizes we needed was nice but she is the only one doing any work. I bought shoes anyway because my daughter really liked them but I absolutely will not come back ever.

Went to buy my son some shoes today they only had two workers a pregnant woman and I believe I heard her call the other one angel anyway I asked the non pregnant worker did they have a certain shoe in my son size she went to check and no they didn't to save her from running back and fourth checking shoes I asked can she tell me what shoe they have in my son size she said it depends on what shoe it is I went to pick up another shoe and said do you have this shoe in a size 4 she went to scan it at the register they had the shoe she came out with the shoe while I was waiting at the register she was stopped by another customer who had already been helped when I was walking in the store she then gave the shoe I asked for to the customer and yelled to the front I don't have it I seen her with my own eyes when she gave this customer the shoe on top of that a worker that was off was inside the store with a dog it was ghetto and unprofessional luckily they have multiple shoe stores indie the mall I found him two pairs from different stores by the way I know how Google show these reviews today is 4/12/23

Just completely awful! I went in to return a few items that were online purchases for in store credit, and I didn't have the original receipt, so logged into my account to show the transactions. Not only did the woman not greet me when approaching the counter, but had a scowl on her face and told me, she "wasn't doing all that", and I needed to screen shot the receipts and show it to her. Meanwhile she's on her phone scrolling thru social media! I'm assuming she was a supervisor because she wasn't dressed in regular uniform as the other employees. The staff here don't exhibit any professionalism, are unfriendly and unapproachable which is RIDICULOUS! They act as if it's an inconvenience to do their job, are rude and just plain unpleasant. How did they make it through the interview process?! Luckily I was able to go to Maplewood where the 2 women working showed exemplary customer service.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!! I recently had a fraudulent transaction from this store. I am currently disputing CC charges. I purchased shoes for my son and there was a very small part that malfunctioned. I went to return the shoes and told them I was never emailed the receipt. The cashier told me she could look it up on her computer. She looked up my email and showed me the computer. My e mail was in the system with a FALSE phone number! I WAS IN SHOCK. There was no purchase history either. The cashier whom I believe was the supervisor, acted like I was the one trying to return a pair of shoes that I did not purchase there. I have sent an email to their corporate. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. IF I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS, I WOULD. FRAUD ALERT FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just stay away. Rude, unhelpful staff. They refused to exchange shoes for the exact same pair because we didn’t have the original shoe box.

I will never will go to this store ever again . The employees are very very rude and racist . They don’t ask if you need help and when you ask them if they have a size. They go “nope nope we don’t have them”. They don’t even go to the back and see if they have them.
