The sales associate is so terribly rude. Telling people to bring out dressing room clothes, which is perfectly fine because I can see she is alone. But how about a please or thank you. I haven’t seen her greet or speak to anyone. And how about a freaking smile. I am sorry you aren’t happy or are enjoying your job.

I was at the Woodbury location and they wouldn’t honor a promotion that the associate said when I asked. I went to the mall of America location to adjust the price and was going to make a purchase as well. I have never returned something from here as I LOVE their clothes and jewelry. Natalie told me she couldn’t help me since I didn’t have the items with me or the receipt as she was holding the receipt. Then told me even with the receipt she couldn’t help. I asked for her name which she did not provide. I found her name after purchasing the items and her name pulled up on the receipt. My recommendation is to keep customers happy and wanting to return, especially ones who continuously shop.

They don't follow their corporate policy for returns. This store handles returns differently than what their policy states online and what other stores practice.
