Absolutely abhorrent customer service . Went in and was immediately met with rudeness from the employee . Every question I asked was met with rude replies . This person was miserable . Went to Richfield after and was helped with actual good service .

Assistant manager was exceptionally helpful with finding everything I needed. Store is well stocked and easy to get to. Great atmosphere and friendly employees, will come back often!

Watched an employee berate a Spanish speaker for not speaking clear enough English. If you can't be kind to people you shouldn't work customer service. The gentleman was clearly upset you lost three customers today.

Witnessed a worker get loud and demeaning towards someone with broken english thinking they couldn't understand what they were saying. I left and saw the guy outside who said he understands english and was visibly upset. The place was dirty, disorganized and smelled like a McDonald's trash can.

One employee in the store and spent the entire time on the phone that we were in the store and what not. Put his phone down to come help us when we asked for help. We would just get the it's over there treatment. Left and bought our game at Target

Went there today, sign kn door said be back soon. Ok. So I came back about 15mins later, after the time posted on the sign said they would be back and they weren't. Fine, went to go do one more thing and then drive back maybe half hour later and still no one. Guess this location doesn't want any customers today.
