They have sale racks that show $15 $20 and $25 but when you go to the register, they ring up as $40 and $35 and when you try to tell them, the whole rack is wrong they don’t care. They should make sure the store is in order and not just expecting people to pay a different amount than advertised.

As someone who has had really bad experience with retail stores at the mall of America the minute I walked into this store I was taken away, I was immediately greeted by a worker and they were extremely helpful when letting me know where to find exactly what I needed. The clothes were super cute!! I felt like they really knew what they were talking about when it came to outfits and the common trends. I felt it was a calm and fun environment to shop. I enjoy shopping as a stress reliever and this store made it so easy to do so. I plan on coming back to shop soon!! Thank you garage employees:)

I loved garage clothes but the people that works there are so unprofessional. I was in line waiting for the fitting rooms and I overheard one of the girls say “why would they try all these clothes and not get any? waste of my time putting all these clothes back.” which i felt was pretty rude and coming from a store that specializes in working retail is crazy.
For some reason, shopping in this store always feel so intimidating and unwelcoming. It’s really just a bunch of teens running this store.

I showed an associate a shirt on my phone and asked if they had similar styles. She told me no but that I should try the store two down from them and pointed in the direction. I went two down and it was Torrid, the plus size store. I’m not plus-size, so it seemed to me like something to intentionally just be mean. As someone that spent quite a bit of time with an eating disorder, I found it disgusting and cruel. I’m confident in my body now but I would hate for a comment like that to be made to anyone else, especially someone that may be struggling. It happened a bit ago but I walked through the mall today and remembered I never left a review about it. It’s clear from their reviews that they don’t really care about their customer service, so I just wanted to warn other women!

I go to garage at least once a month and everytime I go there most of the employees including the managers are horrible. They are always rude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there especially Kelli. But Bernice is usually pretty helpful. Everytime I go there she greets me with a smile and helps me find sizes and fitting rooms. She’s probably the best employee they have.

The teenage workers all just stand around talking to each other refusing to acknowledge customers even clearly facing them. I had to wait till they finished their conversation for even one of the three to even acknowledge me. This has been the similar experience to the last few times I have visited this location.

Cashiers were extremely rude. They couldn’t help us with the most basic questions, when asked to print a receipt they told us no. We explained why we’d need a physical copy and they were absolutely no help. at first they agreed and when apologizing for the inconvenience the guy at the front would make sour faces at us and act rude and sassy. in the end he acted like we were asking for something impossible and did not infact walk out with a reciept!

Clothes are cute, but the customer service was horrible. Refused to print a receipt and couldn’t print one when we asked. Extremely rude and unprofessional, couldn’t even help with basic tasks. No other store in this mall has service this horrible.

We spent over $200 on clothing but we have to still pay for a plastic bag? I think they should at least include a free bag with the purchase.

0 stars if I could. I thought coming here would be a simple easy fix. Upon entering, all I got were dirty looks, & not even a welcome with assisted help. Emely right away looked like she hated being there or helping anyone in general; not sure who the manager was but she said she was "one of them" name was puttman but I could be wrong. she looked like she was having the worst time of her life. She continued to give me attitude, kept talking over me when I had questions, & was basically yelling. towards the end of the transaction because my order had already been in a return process, I couldn't take my clothing back for the exchange I was hoping to do, she asked me in such a condescending tone "is that it?" with Emely in the back laughing, not to mention she messed up my return entirely & now I have to send a separate email to the actual company hoping all of my money is back on my account, & yes I will be taking this to whoever is higher up than Manager Puttman or any of the other rude staff there, & yes I will be back again to get this fixed. Overall, just shop online. Try in store if you have the option to do so, but the atmosphere in their is disgusting.
