Cashiers were extremely rude. They couldn’t help us with the most basic questions, when asked to print a receipt they told us no. We explained why we’d need a physical copy and they were absolutely no help. at first they agreed and when apologizing for the inconvenience the guy at the front would make sour faces at us and act rude and sassy. in the end he acted like we were asking for something impossible and did not infact walk out with a reciept!

Clothes are cute, but the customer service was horrible. Refused to print a receipt and couldn’t print one when we asked. Extremely rude and unprofessional, couldn’t even help with basic tasks. No other store in this mall has service this horrible.

We spent over $200 on clothing but we have to still pay for a plastic bag? I think they should at least include a free bag with the purchase.

0 stars if I could. I thought coming here would be a simple easy fix. Upon entering, all I got were dirty looks, & not even a welcome with assisted help. Emely right away looked like she hated being there or helping anyone in general; not sure who the manager was but she said she was "one of them" name was puttman but I could be wrong. she looked like she was having the worst time of her life. She continued to give me attitude, kept talking over me when I had questions, & was basically yelling. towards the end of the transaction because my order had already been in a return process, I couldn't take my clothing back for the exchange I was hoping to do, she asked me in such a condescending tone "is that it?" with Emely in the back laughing, not to mention she messed up my return entirely & now I have to send a separate email to the actual company hoping all of my money is back on my account, & yes I will be taking this to whoever is higher up than Manager Puttman or any of the other rude staff there, & yes I will be back again to get this fixed. Overall, just shop online. Try in store if you have the option to do so, but the atmosphere in their is disgusting.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. First time I went one of the girls acted as if it was such a burden bc me and My friends asked for a fitting room. Scoffing at us and sighing loudly and the tone of her voice was just nasty . Today me and my friends went again, and it was the same. Snobby and stuck up attitude. Very cute clothing, too bad I don't even wanna give my money to this place anymore . I will say the blonde girl whose always at the register is very sweet.

They really watched and followed us but didn’t help. I’m walking around wanting to buy a sweater I saw in the window and needed an undershirt to go with it, so I could wear it now. I keep saying “I need know where this shirt is” like 3 times, they would NOT help. Lol. I didn’t get the same level of customer support as others in there. LoL. I cannot believe they’re being the type to judge other people. That’s wild. LoL. Then I forgot my scarf and came back to get it. We see the guy pick it up with two fingertips like it’s the grossest thing he’s ever seen. Luckily, I came up behind him and snatched it before his mouth could say anything to his coworker. Really? Do you know where you are? Do you know where you work? Loosen TF up and stop wasting energy being judgmental and nasty. Garage wasnt like this before, like last month. Might as well change the name to Gabarge. It would’ve been an easy $70+ sale if you just showed us friendliness and helped us find the undershirt.

Customer service was terrible!!!!!!!! I spoke with Kelli in regards to how I felt about the customer service and she followed by saying have a great life. Wow this is what she says after I told her that I really felt that I wasn't given the same customer service as the Caucasian customers. I asked for the managers name which she didn't give me and when I asked for her name she turned her badge around so I COULDN'T see it ( I got a glimpse of it before she did) I asked for corporates number. She said she doesn't know it and said for me to Google it.True discrimination to the fullest

Nicholas was incredible. We were just quickly browsing before closing & we found some items. I asked if they thought this skirt would fit & despite the time the cashier suggested I go try it on. The store was clean, trendy, affordable, & the staff was very friendly. I wish I lived in the city so I could go back soon!

Do Not shop there. I was a former employee and they are racist and talk meanly about customers. They purposely won’t accept returns or exchanges if they don’t feel like it. Most of the time they can do things the customer wants but they choose not to. Never felt so uncomfortable and unsafe in a work place before. Trust me the quality of the clothes are not worth the price & the interaction with the managers are not worth your time. If you go in there to shop prepare to have your day ruined.

Extremely rude, unprofessional, not worth buying from your store when I could go somewhere else and be treated better. I definitely will not shop here and I did not, I walked out. The associate when I walked in acted as if I was an inconvenience to her because the sensor went off. She stopped me 3 steps into the store and asked what I thought was making the sensor go off. I told her i don't know? I had this happen once at another store but not the two other stores I went to. I had multiple bags from different stores, I looked through what I had but couldn't find anything with a security tag and after getting home I did not find anything either. She would not let me go find my sister who was in the store, so I walked out. My sister also had a horrible experience before she knew about my experience. She also will be leaving a review. I saw other customers do the same as I was looking to find what bag/item was making it go off. When I said I couldn't find what was making the sensor go off, the associate asked if my MK backpack was new? I said no.... I had receipts in all my bags as well. If your staff do not want to work in a customer service oriented business then find a different field!!! Insinuating that I stole something just because the sensor went off as I walked in was inappropriate and could have been handled better.
