I brought my vehicle in one year after it was repaired following a collision, right before the warranty for the repair services expired. Jeff and Dave were great - they got my car in right away and explained exactly what was wrong and what they did to fix it. There were issues with the length of time I waited and they happily honored the warranty. Great experience and I’d definitely recommend them and use them again.

Robert and Jeff are the best! Always flexible to get my family’s vehicles in when we are in a crunch, they always communicate the need for work prior to starting and the work is always done in a fast fashion with total explanation. I wouldn’t take my family’s vehicles anywhere else!

I had a problem with a wheel bearing and spoke with Jeff, and he had it fixed for me the next day! He was great to work with and kept me informed of what was going on. Would recommend Bloomington Goodyear to any and everyone!

Robert and Jeff who run the front desk are elite. Every time I got service at a dealership, someone always tried to see me something I didn’t entirely need. The guys at Goodyear always give it to you straight. I trust them entirely and would recommend to anyone.

Service is amazing, one of the few places I completely trust to only do what needs to get done. Moved out of Bloomington but still make the drive down here for service. Customer Service is top notch, Jeff and Robert will always take care of you. They will make sure you are informed through the whole process. Would give more than 5 stars if possible.
