A poor interaction with HQ customer support over an incident with a franchise owner who refused to apologize for the rudeness of her staff in attempting to get me and my wife to leave the store for what I can only assume was racially motivated as there was no other reason I could see. I also alerted HQ that something is amiss since my family and I have experienced rudeness in every Great Clips salon we've visited (5 of the stores). It's only a matter of time until videos go viral showing how Great Clips runs their salons and the types of franchise owners they elect.

Great Clips will occasionally put out coupons for said price on a haircut. In the disclaimer the coupons says at participating salons. No where can you find out what salons are participating until you go to check out and they say \

Great clips 28 by pass Anderson sc sign on the door and website says 6 pm closing. Door is locked at 15 til 5 and the associate Finally came to the door and was extremely unfriendly..

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!I received the 3rd and final horrible haircut experience in early Nov 2020 where the equivalent of a ceral bowl was place on my head and quick swipe. Absolutely the worst fade, but not fade, ever.. And with plenty of space for each booth and this enormous mirror in front managed to leave one side higher. Then after I showed her a detailed picture showing my look of a fade on the sides, and the fohawk, style and the need to continue where she could not fade gradually sloping my hair up to a point with scissors. Instead she cut a mushroom on my head and the sides kind of folded over!!! It's been almost 2 months now dozens of emails post on Facebook and all I've got is excuses where they hide behind the franchise excuse while their name clearly is above the door!!!! They tell you though try to get a hold of the franchise owner who you will never hear from!?!!!!!!!!; To my fellow public consumers I do not recommend you purchase haircuts here and hopes that this horrible experience won't be passed on to you!!!!!!

Apparently, no one is being trained how to cut men's hair. The ones at Great Clips sure don't know how. It does no good to explain. They do it their way and even want a tip. Generally, most businesses today want your money for poor products and services with little to no service. Great Clips has raised prices to be very near "real" barber shops. May stop patronizing great clips. Am going to stop tipping. Am not getting what I pay for. Sent complaint to home office,; no response yet. Is there a rating below "one"?

This was one of the worstexperiences ive had in a long time. Not only was a treated poorly, the haircut was less than perfect because the lady and I use that term loosely.had a bad attitude. Probably won't be coming back.

I have had many hair cuts hear and maybe one has been a great one i am very disappointed with how they dealt with my wife who only got her hair washed and partially dried for 50 dollors then told she was gonna get charged more for time. Never again will i step foot in any ungreat clips

I was very dissatisfied and upset with the hair cut i received from this location. I felt like they didn't listen to what I wanted. I also appreciated the fact that they tried to keep my overall hair length even but i felt that they cut the length i wanted but then persistently kept cutting more and more of my hair (several inches) in order to make it even and perfect. This made me very dissatisfied with the overall result when it was finished because i found the end product very undesirable. I wanted my hair to be long enough to do fun braids and it can barely fit into a pony in the middle of the back of my head which makes me very upset giving the things I enjoy doing in my day to day life. I have previously had very successful hair cuts at other great clips locations and my expectations were very high coming into this specific great clips but sadly i am never going back to this specific location.
