I came here to receive a haircut on Saturday. While I was waiting I over herd the elderly woman with a limp have an entire conversation about child abuse and children being beat. Completely unprofessional. Completely disgusting. What if another person here like myself was a child who has endured child abuse? I will never return.

This was my 2nd time here, and Angela did a great job. She even remembered who I was from 2 months prior. Great customer service and a great stylist.

A two part review. I went to another Great Clips Salon prior to this latest haircut. While i have used that specific stylist previously, this particular cut was less than stellar. I mentioned it but she really didn't do much to rectify it, or at least get it better.Based on that, I decided to not go back to that location, but instead try the Normandale Village location. I explained my experience and the stylist Raven was apologetic (though she wasn't responsible), saw the issue and agreed.Raven did a great job getting my cut consistent and frankly even better! Kudo's to Raven and I will be seeing her for my future cuts!

I bought a gift card from this location last year. I recently went to use my gift card, and surprise! There is zero dollars on it. I paid cash and didn't save my receipt, so of course there is nothing that can be done at this point. The staff is incompetent, dishonest, or both. The service is terrible also, they made me wait until they were done cutting everyone's hair before they would help me, and made me go to the back of the line for something that takes less than a minute. I see the reviews for this location are mixed, which is sad, as one or two bad apples seem to be ruining the whole bunch.

This was a GREAT haircutting experience at this Great Clips location. I was immediately greeted by Terri who took me back to her chair and took care of me from beginning to end!I would highly recommend asking for her if you are in the area and need a trim, cut, or style.I will definitely be going back and asking for her!

One of the worst great clips experience in over 15 years being their customer. I usually go to ones in EP or Chan but I was closer to this store so thought of going there, big mistake. Hair stylist who cut my hair did not want to be there. She did not even want to respond to what I was asking to do and visibly upset at everything. I asked for couple of adjustments and it was done very reluctantly, followed by throwing clippers on her workstation to show frustration, never seen such rude behavior. When I came home, I could see that few sections were missed out completely. What a waste of my time, money and bad hair cut. Stay away from this great clips location.

My stylist, Bard refused to wash my hair before the cut because the waiting list was too long. There were three people on the list, non of which were in the solan. There was a stylist sitting in a chair doing nothing while I received my 3 minute haircut. It would have taken 5 minutes to wash my hair. That's less than 10 minutes for a haircut. I specifically asked for an inch off the front of my hair, no touching the back, and she proceeded to chop ALL of my hair off the back. I am now almost bald. I was offered to "calm down" by the manager. This is outrageous.

Cindy was great! I checked in online, and I was in the chair less than a minute after I arrived. I got the haircut I wanted, plus a new product I was looking for that was on sale that Cindy recommended. Definitely a good experience!
