I seriously cannot speak highly enough of Kenyata! (sorry if I spelled your name wrong, I’m terrible with remembering names). I walked in looking for a wedding outfit (semi dressy), happening 3 hours later, (yes I’m also terrible at planning for events 😅), and he was on it! He helped me put a few outfits together to see which one I was feeling the most, and I loved that he was really straightforward and keeping it real when the ones I chose weren’t wedding vibes 😄. I also had to run next door for a makeup appointment and didn’t have time to stay to have them fix the watch I bought to fit my wrist, and he did that while I was there, walked to my appointment to see if it fitted right, and walk back to still remove a few links. He ended up coming back to bring me the watch fitting perfectly! Really went above and beyond knowing I was such in a rush.

August 1st. Customer service is terrible. Girls standing around or leaning on the counters. I felt like I had to use a crowbar to get them to assist me with finding an item and then again to purchase it. Truly, I was made to feel quite insignificant and I’ve been a valued customer for nearly 40 years!

I stopped in today to see if I could find anything for an upcoming vacation. I've been in in the past and the staff were kind of rude tbh, but today was amazing. Jasmine was fantastic! She was so friendly, helped me find new sizes as I tried things on if I needed them and even had a dress in the back in a better color than the one I found on the floor! One of the dresses I wanted was a bit snagged. So, she went into the back and found a perfect one for me! ❤️ I truly appreciated the elevated service and sincere care she put into making sure I was happy. I hope she's there next time I shop here. I will gladly keep spending money there if she is! Thank you, Jasmine!

Came in today around 7 and did not feel welcome at all and there was 2 associates just gossiping, the fake blonde and African American lady were "too busy" talking that I ended up leaving to another store

I went to buy a gift for my husband and they treated me terribly. I was waiting for them to stop talking and attend to me and none of the 3 women came to assist me. I had to call them more than 3 times and when they attended to me they were rude and their attention was annoying. The attention is bad. There were three ladies talking and one stood behind me. Maybe she thought I was going to steal but I had to tell her that I needed to ask a question so they would pay attention to me. very bad customer service.
