I was really excited to use my brand-new jack and jack stand, but unfortunately, life had other plans. First, my beloved pet squirrel, Mr. Nutters, passed away unexpectedly (RIP, buddy), which sent me into an existential crisis. Then, I found out I had to move out of the country next week—totally unrelated, but still stressful.
So, understandably, I wasn’t in the best headspace. But when I went to return the unused jack, the manager (who looked like he’s been mad since 1973) hit me with the most sarcastic “Did you get the project done?” like I wasn’t already on the verge of an emotional breakdown.
Harbor Freight, I came for tools, not emotional trauma. Do better.

Working class folks trying to pick up shop vac filters come in all colors, and if blond ponytail isn't comfortable with that, she should find a job where she doesn't have to talk to people who give her the ick. Walked away from me TWICE when I said "excuse me" to ask a question and only eventually helped because another employee asked her where my item was. Do better.

lifetime warranty doesn't mean anything when you never have the items in stock and put zero effort into making sure you do ... I'm done shopping here
