Worst health insurance you can have . I have it through my job. Have been on a medication that works really well prior to having health partners. When I joined health partners they would not cover it even after several prior authorizations. Now I'm getting sicker. They don't care about their clients at all just about money. Run far away from this company as you can

Have had healthpartners insurance for years but recently it has gotten pretty disappointing. They covered my husband's EXPENSIVE testosterone gel for YEARS with only a pa needed (treated low energy, etc), but when I asked for coverage for a GLP-1 for diagnosed PCOS/insulin resistance, denied. I went through the ridiculous act of appealing for nothing, also. Make it make sense!? I'd definitely call that sexist bias and a completely unfair practice.

Health Partners pretends to care about your health. When need to make a simple decision to support world class doctors they won’t even though it wouldn’t cost more to do so. I asked if they had a different plan and they don’t. It is forcing 30-year loyal customers to look for other health plans with companies who care. Their customer service people are poorly trained. Most of them would have difficulty getting a job in forward-thinking professional organization who care about clients with life and death health conditions. Go to Blue Cross or United for your health insurance. No wonder this place has such a poor Google rating!

Dysfunctional and incompantant billing services for Healthpartners clinic. I've paid my bills received - line them up with the Explnation of Benifits from insurance company... but now, all the sudden they claim the bills are being returned from the post office and dont bother to further reach me. I've checked with the post office and they explained nothing of the sort has happened! But what I do get in the mail is a collection bill from Healthpartners clinic collection agency! I'm astonished this practice isn't illegal. It certainly makes me wish to be back with Allina Clinic, where I'll be going back to when insurance enrollment is switched back to open access and won't be confined to thier lack of care and commitment to thier patients.

Ridiculous wait times to be seen by a psychiatrist. Price gouging for a 15 minute video visit and using their clinic and their insurance. Inconvenient to fix their billing mistakes.

Probably the worst company to work for ever!! I left them in March 2021 and they still owe me money! The union is an absolute joke they will just take your money and never do anything for you. Their appointment center is ran by very spiteful and terrible management. Don’t waste your time!

Want a great place to work where what you do can make a real difference in the lives of people? Look no further, HealthPartners offers both insurance plans and care options that put the individual at the center of everything they do.

This is a large, anonymous looking office building. I came here for an outdoor employee celebration. It was pretty nice, with an outdoor concert, drinks and raffles. This is a pretty cool company.

I have been a Group Health (aka HealthPartners) member for over 20 years. Recently the quality of care has gone down and even making an appointment to see a doctor can be impossible. I have Multiple Scerosis. My last two neurologist, who were excellent providers quit Group Health, the second one on 2/11/22. I had an appointment scheduled to see her this April. I also had my first full infusion of a new MS Medication coming up on 2/28/22. HealthPartners assigned Dr. S to me so that I could get the infusion. I have never met her or talked to her. Since 2/11/22 when I found out that my former neurologist had left HealthPartners, I have been trying to make an appointment to see a neurologist. When I was told Dr. S was assigned to me, I tried making an appointment with her. At first I was told to be patient and that I would get a call from the neurology office. I never received a call. I called again and was told that the staff would make a note to schedule me when Dr. S's May schedule became available. I was not scheduled for May. Then I was told that they would make a note and schedule me when Dr. S's June schedule came out. I still don't have an appointment. I explained to the staff that a number of my MS symptoms had gotten significantly worse. They told me Dr. Samuelsson wanted me to wait until I had an MRI that I had scheduled with my previous neurologist to see if it was an exacerbation or a pseudo exacerbation. The MRI showed no new activity but the symptoms from a pseudo exacerbation are real; just the cause is different. Material I read from the Multiple Sclerosis Society states that the cause of a pseudo exacerbation should be found and resolved. I have had a worsening of symptoms for 8 weeks now, including fatigue, dizziness, difficulty walking with falls, severe pain in my legs from muscle spasms, and cognitive problems, especially problems with my memory. It is 4/7/22 and I still don't have an appointment. I am in pain, not functioning well and no doctor.

This is a review of this corporation in general not of any specific clinic or individual. They should call it Hold Partners. In order to save money, it's become obvious they put a variety of time consuming obstacles in the consumer's path to discourage receiving care. It took me over an hour to schedule an appointment for my family to get flu shots for the four of us. I could have just gone to a CVS and paid for it. Scheduling online just isn't practical given they way they've created the website. Health Partners makes consumers pay with their time. I believe it's an intentional strategy. The men and women that work for Health Partners are great, but there is a serious systemic problem. The organization cannot deliver its product, and it seems pretty clear it's in their best interest not to. There is nothing urgent about urgent care. Their idea of urgent care is a clinic that is open late and on weekends that will charge you more than double if you can actually get in. I'm using their online Virtuwell clinic right now, and it's been spinning since shortly before I started typing this review, and it's still spinning now. If this is the best private health care can do, please bring on single payer.PS: Congrats to current CEO Andrea Walsh on being named a 21st century Pinnacle Leader by the Women's Health Leadership TRUST!

This pharmacy is mostly for the employees that work in the building, you have to pre order prescriptions because they are sent in, and they dont hold prescription meds on hand. But they have a small over the counter selection as well.
