Come to Holiday where they charge you $75 hold when you purchase gas at the pump, then make you wait until several other in store purchases made later are processed before yours.You will have to wait 3-5 days to get you held money back.Lazy, slow and not right.If you take my money complete my transaction before other ones go through the system during the day.

Holiday Stationstores are a cut above the rest. I get to print my gas receipt right at the pump. I don't have to go through the trauma of 'print paper out'! They got friendly associates and very clean restrooms.

Rude daytime employees. Went there today and there was 2 guys behind the counter. The guy who rang my stuff up did not say anything when I approached the counter and said hi. Didn't ask if I wanted a bag. Didn't even say anything when I said thanks as I grabbed my stuff and left. Holiday - please hire staff that actually want to work there. Stop hiring lazy rude staff. The overnight employees are much more respectful and welcoming.

I called the store inquiring about a product. After speaking with Wendy who politely asked me to hold while she checked another person picked up the line and rudely refused to disclose the price stating “we don’t give out prices over the phone”. Well there goes my business. Makes me feel like they were just too lazy to check.

My husband dog and I went here to get a car wash. I love that someone came down and pressure wash the car prior to the car wash. My car looks beautiful and my dog had a great time.

I received a denial to my claim for damage during a car wash at the Holiday 8401 Lyndale Avenue, Bloomington store. The incident occurred 12/26/22, the machine holding the hoses came down hard on the driver’s side and as the conveyer moved my car through put a scuff mark all along the driver side. In addition, the point by the side mirror where it came down chipped the paint. It was a very cold day so when I looked at my car when I left the car wash, I didn’t see the damage as the water had frozen already on the side of the car. After a few days, I looked at it again and found the damage. I tried using some wax to remove some of it, but it was too cold to do much. So, I went in to Holiday and asked to file a claim. I also asked to look at the video. The manager, Diane showed me the video, and of course the camera is not on the driver’s side only the passenger side. So, she stated I have no proof and also the insurance denial claims “not consistent with damages from our wash”. I have been taking my 2016 RAV4 Hybrid to Holiday for car washes ever since it was new as the dealership gave us 2 yrs of discounted car washes at Holiday stores. I’ve never had a problem before this. I’m disappointed they did not believe me, a long term customer. In the grand scheme of life, not a big deal, I can probably get most of the scuff marks out by buffing but will have to use touch up paint for the chipped paint. All at my own expense. I will now take my business to LeRoy’s for my car washes 9000 Lyndale Avenue, Bloomington. This Holiday has lost my business. Attached is the denial to my claim from Holiday/Circle K2/15/23Dear Daniel,This is to inform you that Circle K has completed a full investigation into your claim. Based on our findings we deny all liability regarding your incident. Review of your claim has revealed that the damages reported are not consistent with damages from our wash. There were no additional reports of damage from claimants with multiple washes sold on this day, no issues discovered upon wash inspection, and no maintenance or repair required.We appreciate your interest in our products and services, but we must respectfully deny all liability for the above-mentioned claim.If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
