I brought my 2 year old daughter in with me to get some lumber early this morning. The store manager gave her free balloons. They were also able to cut my 2x4x8 in half which was awesome. Great experience, one of my favorite stores!

I go to The Home Depot for all my gardening, automotive and home improvement needs, they never fail to deliver. My special friend also likes staring at the lights.

The store is under staffed, prices are high and quality is bottom of the barrel.

Went here last week to find these plastic panels that go over my flourescent lights as everytime they burn out it's inevitable one or two panels fall and break. I located the panels and bought the suggested cutter as well. Sales person was friendly and knew exactly what I meant about them cracking and breaking during cutting. I bought a spare just in case.

The staff was the best part of this place when I went in initially. They were helpful. We spent an hour looking for a grill that wasn't in the place it was supposed to be in. This store is disorganized, to say the least.
I ended up buying a grill off the floor that was delivered. The one they sent had dents and missing parts. The manager I contacted hasn't been responsive and I was told I had to come to the store for any kind of a refund.

Hands down the biggest amount of incompetent Employees I have ever experienced at a hardware store. If you don't know where something is. Just say someone quits sending people all over the store Looking for stuff that doesn't exist where you said. Also why do you have so many employees around self Checkout, that do absolutely nothing But you can't find an employee on the sales floor to get help. Maybe your employees should care more about customer service than themselves.

Dave was the superstar today when he approached me while I stared at the replacement toilet flanges. Which one is the most like the one I saw on the internet video that will fix my broken cast iron pipe? (For context, I am a 47 year old trad-looking single woman who was wearing jeans and a flannel.) He found the right flange for my project, asked QUESTIONS (!!!) about what I would be drilling into, and what my experience level was with those materials. I left with a flange, some stainless steel screws, and backup drill bits for the tile. Thank you Dave, for asking questions instead of making assumptions, and for treating me with dignity and respect not often found by women in hardware stores. I will definitely be shopping at HD more often, it has not been my go-to but you came through today with the right parts and the right service!

Home depot employees never know where anything is so why even bother asking.
