The only people that will talk to tenants and try to answer their legal questions. Everybody else in this area won’t touch it for under $1500 if they want to talk to you at all which most of them 99% of them just want to protect the landlord, and only care about the landlord, not the tenant.

Stay away from this crooked, unprofessional, unpredictable staffing and organization. Very ShadyWouldn't help me with anything. I believe they should be a auditor looking into there practices and ethics. ???
