I've done my taxes here the last 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Paul deserves special recognition for his great work. Everybody there is very helpful even if you have complicated returns, which I do. I'll be back again next year!

Had my taxes done here the lady was super nice but completely screwed up my taxes apparently I only made about $2,000 last year when I worked the full year never coming to H&R Block again they have lost my business for good

The person kept my paperworks for 7weeks, i contacts her in 2weeks during that time, she kept giving me the run around. I showed up to get my paperwork she wanna make it seem like she didn't do anything wrong! I needed my taxes amends! So unprofessional! If she couldn't do it , just say you couldn't! 7weeks my paperwork was kept from me!! Super rude and unprofessional

I file every year with h and R block. And they are charging too much plus they're forcing you to use the Emerald card. They have fees, they're the highest tax charge. In the state, they're not good.

I put off doing my taxes till the second to last day and Jonathan made everything so so easy! I've tried doing my taxes with other services but nothing compares to how easy this is!

Ms. Shu Fen Lei was wonderful. attentive, patient, articulate and a genuinely nice person. The location was apparently the best location since we live in Bloomington. She also went above and beyond when I asked her questions pertaining to my 2019 taxes. I have her card so I will certainly use her expertise next year when filing.
