If you wanna be shoved around like cattle, be in a store where people don’t know how and where to walk, checkout lines that take ages, and wait over an hour in line for Swedish meatballs just for them to run out when you get to the end, then come here.

Good prices on a lot of middle-of-the-road quality home goods. Much of the furniture is of the flat pack, assemble-at-home type. They have organizational items for every room in a home. They also carry some unique items that you may not find at other stores including several foods directly imported from Sweden. There's a cafe on the upper level.

I would give it 5 stars but I wrenched my back 2 weeks ago pushing the 360⁰ cart around for several hours. It still isn't better, so beware pushing the carts for extended periods.

Think twice before ordering. I ordered 2 closet systems for $3000, and requested delivery. Post ordering (at different times) I was informed the main structure or support boards were out of stock for both systems and Ikea just dropped them from the order. I contacted CS and asked them if they're being back ordered because it did not say in the email what I was supposed to do. Their response was no, I need to keep checking the website to see when they're in stock and reorder. I asked if they could tell me when the system said they were going to be in stock and their response was "no, we get stuff all the time". I don't need towels or napkins I need the structure pieces to build my closet. Can you imagine ordering a full kitchen cabinet set for a remodel and they send you everything but the structure to build it. They don't back order so you have priority, they just say "keep checking they're bound to come in". Mind blowing, it could be months of stepping over all of the pieces sitting in your garage! Great store for little things but think twice before a massive order of cabinets or a system. One and done, I learned my lesson that cheap is not better and Ikea is no Target when it comes to customer service.
