IKEA has stepped it up with the new showrooms. Like that they feature more home office and gaming decor. Not surprising given work from home and gaming has become has become more popular. Though there's less staff than in the past we were able to get the help we needed. Appreciated they still offer free measuring tapes. Self service checkout was easy and quick.

First-time return experience at IKEA - could be smootherToday, I visited IKEA for the first time to return an item. While the store was busy, I was initially confused by the return process, particularly the separate lines for online and in-store purchases. This led to me waiting in the incorrect line for over 25 minutes before realizing my mistake.Clearer signage and announcements could help direct customers to the appropriate return line, especially during peak hours. Perhaps consider offering express return options for smaller items or online purchases to expedite the process.While the return process itself was efficient, the initial confusion due to unclear signage detracted from the experience. With some minor adjustments, IKEA could significantly improve the ease and convenience of returning items for future customers.

I love IKEA's price point and a lot of their furniture. Their delivery service however, is an abomination. Twice, I have completed large orders for a school. each time half of the order has been delayed and I not given any kind of timeline or recourse. After it was 2 weeks late, and still no delivery date in sight, I spent 45 minutes attempting to cancel order, but that refused. Then a week later they canceled it without notifying me. Nearly a month after placing the order, the order was canceled- without notice or explanation- a massive headache for nothing.

I DROVE 45 MINUTES JUST TO GET THE PANCAKE BREAKFAST AND THEY WERE OUT 15 MINUTES BEFORE 11am! I TURNED AROUND! I SAW MANY PEOPLE TURN AROUND AND NOT BUY BREAKFAST BECAUSE IKEA DOES NOT HAVE WHAT THEY SAY THEY HAVE!!! EMBARRASSING IKEA!!LACK OF STAFF !! NO HELP AROUND WHEN NEEDED!!PAX CLOSETS ARE OVERPRICED!!!EVERY LITTLE BOLT, HINGE, COSTS $$$$OH , no more 5% off for family members!

Employees there at IKEA were rude especially when we were checking out. It stated that for employees to come and rescan everything, while he asked to rescan everything I told him it was fine. As he started scanning it beep that my pillow was not scan. Well, that may him pissed turn back look at me and said, well you said you rang everything up what bout this. Hello! excuse you, but I saw my husband scan everything that was in my cart and that pillow. If not how I know it was 7 bucks, and these items are not priced only had a barcode. I felt like that day, they was racial profiling. Cos I didn't see no one else had to be rescan that day expect us. Or treated wrongfully. Horrible in customer service. Won't see me again here ever.

There is no customer service at this IKEA and they do not follow IKEA corporate policy.Curbside orders take 15 minutes even if you bought just one thing and you’re the first in the queue. Too busy texting.All of this IKEA’s entrance doors leading inside from the garage ramp were locked 10 minutes before close — at 8:50pm on Friday, January 19, 2024. I asked the employee if I could please be let inside since I only needed to buy one thing located near the entrance. They told me “no because the store closes at 9pm.” I said “it’s 8:50” and showed my phone. He shrugged.I would never shop here if IKEA’s products weren’t so great. I just hate that every other interaction I have with any employee shows a remarkable unwillingness to help even if it would be no effort at all. I hate feeling like I’m not welcome when I have to come here so often. I wish this store would have a try at “Nordic hospitality.”

Good place to shop, although it is set up somewhat like a maze. If you're familiar with the store, you can get in and out quickly if you only want a few items.
